  First let me start by saying enterprise on Fairbanks winter park is the worst what I don't understand is if you reserve a vehicle why are they telling you they dont have what you reserve so I had family coming in town for the memorial weekend and I order a SUV so we all can be comfortable when I get to enterprise they told me they dont have the SUV I reserve but they can put me in a car hello if I wanted a car I would of reserve a car second of all he told me he would call me as soon as a SUV comes in still no call from the guy who give me the car or any of them these people a big liars than they had to nerves to ask me how was my experience when I told them someone said again they call me no one call again not even a manger enterprise is the worst and they use to be #1 now theyre liars i will never rent from again because you never get what you reserve period

  This location seems to be quite mismanaged. We had to wait an hour and a half because of low inventory. 3 associates were checking customers in, outside washing cars, pulling cars out front, etc… really running around working hard. Then the manager comes out, unaware that many customers were waiting to be helped. The location manager tried to give our car away to a customer who had checked in a decent amount after we had. The inside of the car was filthy. Crumbs in all the seat crevices, stains on the door panels, smelled of smoke. Turning the car back in was similarly a chaotic experience. Staff was as friendly and helpful as they could be….

  Malachi did a great job and was very positive even though he was short staffed. He took care of me and I appreciate him for that! Malachi deserves a raise for keeping this place up and running!
