  This is my second horrible experience that I’ve had with enterprise and the past year. As I have a personal business and rent my vehicles on Turo, unfortunate circumstances happen. So if a vehicle I own is in the body shop (my Lexus RX/IS) and I have an insurance claim paying for a luxury class a vehicle, I’m going to expect that if it’s what my reservation is saying. After calling multiple locations and nobody having a luxury vehicle, I reached out to the Winter Park location and Karly picked up the phone to assure me they had a Genesis G70 that was going through detail, and they could drop it off at my place of work nearby sometime after 3pm. 3:30 rolls around, I never received a call and I did call back to speak with Karly again and what she told me the Genesis had a cracked windshield and they couldn’t rent it out. Not only is this the second bad experience I’ve had, as the last time I had a roach infested, Hyundai Palisade. I did not want to be in a Hyundai Tuscon, that is not luxury class. Nothing was done to resolve the issue, and the branch managers have not reached out with an alternative option.

  Rented a full size SUV for a family vacation. Arrived to enterprise and was told “oops…we have already rented all of those out”. Had to uber half of our crew and their luggage around for the week. Done with these guys after 20+ years of business and personal travel.

  This is the second time we’ve made a reservation with this Enterprise and they haven’t had the car we needed. Both times have caused havoc with the timing of our trip! Very disappointing!

  Terrible service and the misrepresent their vehicles and accurate size. After two different bookings over the last couple months where they did not have a car available once arrived it seems their level of service is no longer what I came to expect after over 20yrs of using their service. On both occasions they were contacted in advance to ensure adequate vehicles were available. On this occasion prior to my ride leaving they confirmed they had a Traverse waiting for me. 20 minutes after my ride left they only had an Equinox which is a compact SUV. The traverse was available, but they said they had to give off to another reservation. IE they justified it by saying they have the right to put you in a compact SUV even though they advertise them as a full size SUV. On the prior occasions they did not have any vehicle available in the same class…only cars and no SUVs whatsoever ever. As both a business and a family the rents very often, this is unreasonable and unreliable.
