Needless to say I waited 1hr before I got the car, and that was after me asking was anything available. I had a horrible emergency in Tallahassee and the wait was just not at my best moment. Then I modify my reservation for the next day and had to cancel that. So I returned the car 3 hrs later than I picked it up and got charged for a full day which I didn't agree with but I paid. That wasn't good customer service. And I have used this location for many yrs. They do have an entire new staff so im not sure if that way the old level of service wasn't given.
