I’ve rented from this location NUMEROUS times and today was the nail in the coffin. It’s sad how much this location has gone down hill when it comes to inventory and reservations. There should be NO reason why there are no cars for the rate class books or not even a courtesy call to advise of alternatives. Each day/night reservations are accounted for so that each branch knows or can prepare for the following day. The vehicle I booked for was not available. Ok cool. Find me an alternative. Was sent to another location. Given the distance I decided to call in advance to ensure the alternative was available. IT WAS NOT! False hope and disappointment. Gas too damn high to sit in traffic. I’m not sure what Chanelle is doing but it’s got to be better. The way things are being managed are terrible.

For one, a vehicle was not ready at the time I had chosen to pick it up. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes which delayed my schedule for that day due to I was renting a minivan for an event. After receiving vehicle, I noticed and so did the attendant that there was no gas in the vehicle, literally below the empty to where there was a warning light on. So then I have to take more time to drive to the gas station to fill the vehicle up which delayed my day even further. I definitely would not be renting from enterprise again. And by the way, this was not the first time that the vehicle was not ready when using enterprise rental car.

1/2-Star Review – Reservation System is Clearly Meaningless at This Location
My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was completely unacceptable and easily the worst rental experience I have had in over a decade of renting vehicles.
On 02/02/2026 at 13:04, I reserved a Standard SUV for the dates 03/05/2026 through 03/16/2026. This reservation was made over a month in advance, and I even completed the online check-in process ahead of time so pickup would be quick and straightforward.
I arrived at the location on 03/05/2026 around 11:30 AM expecting to simply pick up the vehicle that had been reserved for weeks.
Instead, the situation immediately turned into a complete failure in basic customer service and planning.
An employee (a male wearing glasses) verified my driver’s license and credit card, completed the check-in process, and charged my credit card. Only after charging my card did he casually inform me that they did not actually have the vehicle I reserved.
Let that sink in:
They charged my card first, then told me they didn’t have the vehicle.
When I questioned how that was even possible with a reservation made more than a month earlier, he asked me to wait while he “looked for a vehicle.” After about 30 minutes, he returned and said they could put me in a small SUV or a sedan instead. That is not even close to what I reserved.
After another 15 minutes of waiting, he came back again and said they could not get a Standard SUV because none had been returned yet.
So apparently at this location a “reservation” means “maybe you’ll get a vehicle if someone happens to return one.” That is not a reservation — that is poor inventory management and false expectations.
At this point:
My credit card had already been charged
I had been waiting nearly an hour
No one appeared to care that I actually needed the vehicle I reserved
The only response from staff was repeated “I’m sorry… it’s not our fault.”
There was no urgency, no accountability, and no attempt to actually solve the problem.
I then called the corporate line for Enterprise Holdings hoping someone there would correct the situation. Instead I received the same runaround and zero meaningful assistance.
For context, I have been renting from Enterprise since 2015 and I am an Enterprise Plus Gold member. After years of renting vehicles, this location managed to deliver the most disorganized and careless service I have ever encountered.
If this branch represents Enterprise’s standards, the company has serious operational problems. This location appears to operate without any regard for honoring reservations or respecting customers’ time.
I will never rent from this location again, and I strongly recommend anyone who actually expects to receive the vehicle they reserved avoid this branch entirely.

I had one of the worst rental experiences I have ever encountered with this Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car location.

Meanwhile I’m standing there needing a vehicle and they act like it’s just another normal day.
To make matters worse, when I called the corporate customer service line for Enterprise Holdings, I got even more runaround with no meaningful help.
I have been renting from Enterprise since 2015 and I am an Enterprise Plus Gold member. I have rented dozens of vehicles over the years, and this location delivered the most unprofessional and careless service I have ever seen.
This team clearly does not understand how reservations work or how to treat long-time customers.
Based on this experience, management needs to seriously evaluate this entire location. The staff appeared completely indifferent to the problem they created.
If this location is the face of Enterprise now, the company has serious problems. I will never rent from this branch again and would strongly recommend others avoid this location if they actually expect to receive the vehicle they reserved.
I attached both the reservation and the rental agreement to prove my story. Called back this morning and now they refuse to rent to me at all because I called corporate and told what happened. They also refused to allow me to talk with the regional manager, so this place is a sad, sad place. NEVER rent from this place!
