What made me a permanent customer was when they were taken over by a new company and they no longer had my information and they still honored my warranty with just a photo of a receipt that was almost 2 years old. The service agents are always friendly and professional. Today I came in with squeaky brakes. They could have told me all 4 needed to be replaced, but only the front 2 did. I am very happy with the service and them standing behind their work.

He was able to hear me without taking anything personal and help me cool down to figure out the process of elimination! I had 8 codes originally, which was advised to me by a tire kingdom, and they refused to do any work and sent me to Tuffy! So Danny was the one who helped me and he really reassured me to just let him take the worry and work his process! After he did a thorough review of the car, he was able to advise of not eight problems, but five, which was a huge relief for me! He gave him the process of repair in order to keep the car running, but still get the necessary work done! Because of him being so confident and calming, I was really able to analyze the situation better and come to an agreement on what we can do so we can move forward in the right direction of our repair! I don’t know if y’all realize how special of a person he is to this company, but he is literally the only reason I’m giving you all my business! He has phenomenal customer service for beyond the best of anybody else that spoke to me that day in that tuffy location! I will definitely be a loyal customer as long as he’s working here! So pay him more give him a raise and do whatever needs to be done to keep him happy because he makes the customers happy! I am a highly satisfied customer and I will be back to complete all the work that he advised needs to be done! And from now on any, and every vehicle that I have will only come here as long as he’s here!
