  Fue una experiencia orrible mi esposo llevó su carro y nunca e diannosticaron bien lo que tenía cambiaron y cambiaron piezas y al final no era ni eso lo que tenía el carro lo que ellos decían eso es improfecional y todavía la cobraron más de mil dólares

  I had an excellent experience at Tuffy getting my tires changed today on my BMW X3. Victor and the rest of the team were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain what my car needed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. I have brought my silverado truck to them also and they changed my break pads and told me no new rotors were needed (other shop told me new rotors were necessary). I completely trust them and their advice. My tires feel great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about quality work and customer service. I trust these guys, Victor, T.J and the rest of the team, with my vehicles much more than any other service shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Tuffy for any vehicle maintenance, tires, breaks etc. Thank you guys! Carlos

  Great customer service and repair work! Had an oil pan gasket replaced on our 2004 Dodge Ram. Brought in the gasket purchased from the auto parts store, turned out they sold us the wrong one. Not to worry, the guys at Tuffy ordered the correct one and still made the replacement the same day within hours of the promised time. Appreciate the extra mile they and all at a reasonable price. Will do business with them from now on. Thank you!!
