Some things are just out of our control this situation was one of them. I respect that and I know things happen in life, it won’t always be perfect…. But things can be made right!! As far as enterprise and its policy goes I would just like to note that when a switch out has to occur that the customer should not have the left overs to pick from… we should be top priority especially if the vehicle was not sound. I was left with a smaller car and put a day behind in travel. Very unfortunate but the team at Havendale made the proper adjustments and made the experience not so awful. I’ll admit I was very upset and corporate was just like oh well but Havendale team came through for the win and they are the ONLY reason I’m leaving a 5 star! Thank you Dante!!!!
