    ⭐ 1 star (would give zero if I could) Made a reservation with Enterprise over two weeks ago, confirmed it within 24 hours, showed up right at 8 AM like a responsible adult… only to be told there were no cars. Not “running late,” not “on the way”—just none. And the best part? They had no clue when (or if) a car would show up at all today. Their solution? “We’ll call you when/if something arrives.” Super reassuring. Love that for us. No apologies. No alternatives. No “let us make this right.” Nothing. And it wasn’t just me—every single person with a reservation was told the same thing. Apparently at Enterprise, a “reservation” is more of a creative writing exercise than an actual guarantee. It’s honestly impressive that a company allows people to book cars—even the morning of—while having zero vehicles on the lot. During a holiday, no less. Bold business strategy. I even called corporate, and shocker: same energy. Took the complaint, offered absolutely nothing. It’s almost admirable how consistent the lack of customer service is. If you need a rental, do yourself a favor: choose literally any other company. Enterprise can “pick you up”… just not in a car you reserved.
