  My husband and I received excellent service here on October 20th. John was incredibly nice and professional. They were extremely busy that day but got to everyone pretty quickly.

  my rental date, I worked with an employee named Jose, who informed both me and my witness (my mother) that the damage protection coverage would be added for only three days — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I agreed to this, and Jose assured me that if I wanted to extend the coverage, I could return to the store to update it. However, when I returned the vehicle, I was shocked to find that Enterprise charged me $943.60 for the full rental period. When I questioned this charge, I was told that what Jose told me “was not company policy.” That may be true, but it is not my fault that an Enterprise employee misinformed me and failed to apply the protection as agreed. The company’s internal mistake should not result in me being charged for something I did not authorize. I have spoken with multiple staff members, including Adam (Assistant Manager) and Joshae (Supervisor), and have even visited the store in person several times — most recently on September 15 at 9:20 a.m. Each time, I was told that someone would contact me, but I never received any follow-up. I also called customer service multiple times in July, August, and September, and each time, I was told my case would be “put in the system.” Nothing has ever been resolved. ENTERPRISE needs to take accountability and ensure that employees are properly trained and that customers are not misled or charged for services they did not agree to. No matter what they tell you out their mouth do not sign that contract. I am currently in the process of taking them to court. Rent from another location I am not the only one this has happened to. They are liars

  Do NOT trust this Enterprise location!! The manager Drashea Stevenson, provided false information over the phone and caused my mother to waste a significant amount of time. She called in ahead to rent a vehicle for her birthday weekend, informed him she did not have a utility bill for proof of residence, but that she was in the system and had successfully rented with them before. He assured her that this would not be an issue and instructed her (with emphasis) to come on in so he could arrange a vehicle. After Enterprise picked her up, she waited in the office for quite a while. When she asked how much longer it would be, Drashea gave multiple excuses about cars being worked on and "moved around" sprinkling in some inappropriate jokes rather than providing a clear answer. He continued to string her along, fully aware that he would not be able to approve the rental. At no point did he take accountability or offer any type of apology. His conduct was so unprofessional and misleading. It really raises concerns about how this branch operates. She should have never had her time wasted, especially on her birthday of all days. But because HE instructed her to come in despite knowing he could not approve her a rental, it created a very misleading and frustrating situation. Enterprise should absolutely review this location’s management and practices to ensure other customers are not being misled or inconvenienced in the same way.
