  Extremely nice and professional young men. I’m proud of the staffing at this location. They treat everyone with care and dignity. No problem to big or small. All I needed was a fuse, how to locate the box and where to place it. Done.

  Went in for check engine diagnostic, employee was fast working in and out , told me what the problem was. And I was out in about 8 min .

  Very rude and unprofessional..went asked two weeks ago about break pads.. i asked for all 4.. the older lady printed me the two of 52 dollars. So im under impression all 4 are 52. When I went today the younger lady gave the right price for all 4 which comes to 102 dollars.. I asked i was here already and I got a different price..back and forth the younger one called a liar and when I called the oldest lady she is like I don't even remember you.. they made me boiled inside me, and I felt so stupid,,but guess what I made hear what they never thought of.. Above all it was a miscommunication or a misunderstanding..Don't call your customer a liar , dont tell them I don't remember you! That's rude and unprofessional..At the end they calm down after I showed them how to respect customer and gave them a lecture.. that young lady supervisor must find something else to do to be honest.. this is today friday October 31st around 10am..

  Deberían mejorar la atención al cliente , principalmente con la señorita Alex , que siendo latina me dijo en mi cara que si no hablo inglés no me atiende , siendo latina y sabiendo hablar español , una total decepción siendo latino igual que yo , actuar de esa manera , los mismo trabajadores americanos que no hablan español son amables y luchan más por entenderte y ayudarte , mas que los mismos Latinos que por hablar inglés se creen mejores que otros , en fin no se como alguien así con tan mala educación y mal carácter , puede trabajar atendiendo personas 😮‍💨
