Now it seems like a no latino place, starting with the store manager who doesn't like serving Spanish speakers, and a woman in a gray shirt is the same. They used to have bilingual employees, but now everyone speaks English at night. Before, whether you went during the day or night, there were always Hispanic staff, and you felt comfortable, but that's not the case anymore unless you go during the day and Miguel or Juancy are there, who are really nice. Now I prefer to travel a bit further and go to Oreiilis, which has Hispanic staff. I don't know why they have a sticker that says "We speak Spanish" when they don't have one anymore. They've gone downhill, and it's a shame. I hope they can improve because I used to enjoy going there, but it doesn't feel the same anymore.

Cashier Tiara B was so pleasant to help me out with the diagnostic of a dead battery and before I knew it the Assistant manager, Miguel Gonzalez was out the door and started taking my car apart to help with putting in a new one. They had no idea what my life was about that morning, but I will tell you we all had a blast at AutoZone where I couldn’t have been treated any better. I would like to tell everyone to please if you’re in Auburndale Florida to stop off at this AutoZone. Thanks so much. PS Mr. Miguel, took no time to do the job correctly With pride.
