- BBBennet3 days ago1.0When I walked in was greeted by a woman. When approaching the counter I saw an employee in a red shirt just laying on the counter. When walking around I noticed another employee just laying around. Im glad to see that this company tolerate this kind of behavior while one person is working, and the other ones get to lounge round and do nothing but be on their phones and practically sleeping. I would think that he should act more managerial, then. He was very unprofessional, disappointed with this store. He was unhelpful in, passed me off to some red shirt. Who was helpful in the end.
- MMMariahDec 26, 20255.0If Samantha wasn't there Im not sure if I'll be back i watched her handle an upset customer who had been there 3 times for brakes as the man stated he was yelling with another employee when she stepped in she was calm and collected the whole time and did not let him bring her down she remained polite throughout the whole situation and as a result the gentleman calmed down and was polite when he left.

If you have problems with the store manager Alan K. , like I did, and report it, they treat you like a joke. They only defend him; talking to the DM or HR is useless. Honestly, he's not a bad person, but as a store manager, he's not. He's fired many people without reason, and others find out he fired them without warning. He's unprofessional. He treats you with less respect. AutoZone is a good company; I learned a lot, but unfortunately, the management isn't good right now. Its sad
