They destroyed my transmission improperly flushed it and now trying to blame me . They were not focused didn’t ask what I was there for just assumed I was getting oil change horrible

I am trying to understand as there are certain things that get checked off the list of items being “checked” or “filled” but this is not getting done or checked. My invoice was not accurate and they only actually checked my air filter in the engine. Items NOT checked that were marked as checked:
Inside cabin filter
Tire Pressures
Wiper blades.
Wiper Fluid says added, but nothing was added.
Brake Fluid Level
Coolant Level
Oil Service Light Indicator ( I did this myself)
I have a camera inside and outside my car to show all this if needed.
I’ve had my oil changed at this location multiple times for both my work truck and my wife’s personal vehicle, and up until now, the service has consistently been great.
That said, today completely changed my view. I pulled up at 6:45 PM, well within posted business hours, and one of the technicians looked at his watch and started shaking his head in disbelief that a customer showed up at that time.
As a business owner myself, that kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customers are the reason any of us have jobs...they’re the ones who ultimately sign our checks.
If your team doesn’t want to take vehicles close to closing time, then your hours need to reflect that. But as long as you’re open, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, not made to feel like an inconvenience.
It’s unfortunate because this location has done good work for me in the past, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

One of the guys there told me why I may have been having issues with my engine coils. Without me realizing, I needed to change out my radiator fluids, because it was causing problems, and leaking onto my air filter even. So they not only changed out the air filter for me and did the radiator fluids, they also gave me coupons to make it a little more affordable. Car care can be expensive, but not at Valvoline. And the guys and gal at Winter Garden are great! 😃

Been coming to this location for over 10 years with multiple vehicles. Today was my last. Staff clearly not trained well. Struggled with mechanical underneath. Staff cursing. Spilled oil when filling reservoir. I asked them to ensure all oil was cleaned off - which was clearly insufficient as the engine compartment was smoking. Said they checked tire pressure even though they noted it checked on receipt. They didn’t. I’m not sure what I paid for today but it certainly didn’t come with peace of mind that the job was done right. I would expect a full refund for today’s service so I can have another facility check it out.
