  I rented a beautiful (affordable) 2025 Audi SUV (tan leather, huge sunroof, Apple car play read the map all the way to Florida for me) for an overnight drive from Columbus, Ohio to Winter Garden, Florida. This car made the drive effortless and smooth. The pick-up was strong for passing, and the breaks stop fast. I felt so safe in this well maintained SUV, and was treated with respect on the road because this car is so beautiful. The staff at this location is friendly and professional. Would recommend using if you are shopping for rentals and on a budget.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even though I called in advance and made a reservation, I still had to wait for hours just to get a car. The place was extremely busy, and they clearly did not have enough vehicles available to meet demand. I’ve used many car rental companies before and have never experienced anything like this. I strongly recommend choosing a different location to avoid this kind of frustration.

  Enterprise on colonial, thank you so much. Tyler and Barry and the other young lady who I spoke with that. I didn't get her name, exceptional experience from start to finish from the first phone call to walking in getting the car first class treatment. Thank you, Enterprise for delivering the Best of the Best. During the brief time I was waiting so impressed with the way all customers were greeted spoken to even the ones that were just waiting a few minutes for their vehicle to be ready. It was just exceptional first class. Thank you again for being the best of your competitors, But thank you so much and winter garden on colonial drive. Tyler, you and the a team Rock. Thank you, Super Happy, Miranda, Family.

  We picked up our rental TUE 03/24/26 around 3:30 PM I did not catch the name of the manager / desk clerk but we had one of the best customer service experiences. Our rental was mundane, we made a small change but he was pleasant, funny, welcoming and efficient. Dude made what can be a cranky experience at the end of your travel day a breeze.
