It is not the closest Valvoline to my home, and yet I will always travel the extra distance specifically to go here. Every tech who I've spoken to there is professional, polite, and efficient. Recently (or at least somewhat recent - since my last tire rotation, at least) they even made a huge improvement. Now we no longer have to exit our cars during a tire rotation. This is a fantastic change that only makes me like them even more.

Today I was treated very rudely and laughed at by employees who did not move their boxes out of my way as I tried to pull into the building. They directed me to steer around the boxes and then laughed as I had difficulty maneuvering my car. I decided to leave and take my business to a competitor as there are many around here including take 5 and jiffy lube. This incident happened on Friday 12/19/25 at around 12 noon. I ended up going to jiffy lube next to the 7-11 on the 50 and they were very polite. I ended up spending $150 there for a blend oil change and filter which is money that valvoline lost out on plus all of my future business.

Don helped me and taught me some interesting insights about my car. He also informed me on the different oils and why I should upgrade. Very respectful and fast so I will definitely be back.
