    Service has gone way downhill or maybe it was just the crew there today. When you pull in the usually check the lights, blinkers and brake lights. None of that happened today. The crew was to busy trying to impress the only female worker there. My car had recommend work to be done yet none was offered. Please train these associates correctly. This location is in Winter Garden on 50. You’ll get what you pay for at bare minimum!

    Great experience. Super fast, and no pressure to buy a bunch of extra stuff. Definitely my new go-to spot for an oil change. Shoutout to Mike for the great service.

    I like coming to this location when getting an oil change the gentleman here are always so happy and polite But unfortunately today I had a bad experience gentleman today that took care of me was definitely not in a good mood and did not know how to separate personal problemas and professional attitude there was no good morning it was just what do you need today had a rude tone too his voice very frustrating especially when you talk highly of a place

    Very lovely and friendly environment. they took the time to explain what they were talking about and explain to me what each thing did. They were kind and I felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and I will come back!

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Extremely Disappointed – Winter Garden Valvoline Location I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for years — since I was in high school — and always trusted their service. Sadly, after my visit today, that trust is gone. I came in for an oil change and was told my battery needed replacing. I agreed to the $249.99 replacement, but the install was clearly mishandled. My car’s horn started going off repeatedly during the process — a sign something was very wrong. The manager later confirmed the battery had been installed incorrectly, and the damage now makes the car unsafe and unable to drive. While they did offer $30/day toward a rental car, I was asked if someone could come pick me up and take me to get it — which added to the stress and inconvenience. I’ll also have to pick up the repaired car in Winter Park, and I still have to pay the rental out-of-pocket in the meantime. I had to push just to get the oil change comped. The only other compensation offered was a $25 coupon I already had. This was a completely avoidable and frustrating situation caused by improper service. I now have to cover additional costs and time spent because of their mistake. Valvoline needs to take ownership and make this right — and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
