  Friendly and professional service. They explained the service recommendations based on my vehicle mileage. Parking is tight if more than to vehicles are waiting for service.

  What should have been routine maintenance has now resulted in a damaged oil pan and a costly repair. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Thjs what they did to my oil drain plug, used an impact wrench and over torqued it. If I can leave 0 stars I definitely would !

  I've been going to Valvoline since at least 2021, but this was my first time at this location, and this was the first time I've ever had a bad experience. The employee I had was Don. I appreciated the information he gave me about the services needed on my car; however, I believe a person should not be made to feel any type of way for not being able to address something right then and there. My wife's car is a 2019 Hyundai. It has a little over 70k miles on it, and it's always had conventional oil. So I pulled up, and Don asked me what oil I was using, and his response was "conventional oil on a brand new car is diabolical". I shrugged it off while he proceeded to tell me why synthetic oil is better. I thanked him for the information. Then, a little while later, he informed me that my coolant was empty. I'm not knowledgeable about cars, so I asked how to fix it. He told me about a system flush and gave me the cost of $130. I couldn't afford that right then, and there, so I told him that. I said, "ok, thanks. I can't afford to do that today." He then laughed/scoffed and shook his head, and then continued to pressure me for not being able to address the issue right there. This experience as a whole was just awful. There's a difference between educating someone and talking down to them.
