  Everyone at this shop is AMAZING!!! Cannot speak highly enough about the level of service they provided. Especially Lewis and Navarre, they went above and beyond answering all my questions, keeping me well updated, and overall made the experience much less stressful. Car issues are never fun so to have full confidence and trust in the folks working on the repairs made everything a little easier. They’ll be my go to garage from now on. Highly, highly recommend!

  Every time I have come to this place I have worked with either Tant or Mike. They are always extremely nice, super helpful and keeps me updated on when my vehicle will be completed. If, for some reason, there are any delays, they will let me know right away and work with me to figure out a plan. They make coming back so easy!

  I would like to express my deep disappointment with Maeve Style. There is no emergency service for a simple tire change in case of a puncture. Many people depend on their car to get to work, and when you arrive at the location with a nail in the tire, losing air, there is no emergency assistance. You have to schedule it for the next day, and by then, the tire will be completely flat, making it impossible to drive. The car won’t start or function. It’s a disregard for those who need to get around.

  My first mistake was going to Mavis for an oil change but i’m relatively new to the area and haven’t found a small shop yet. I walked in the door at 8am. Three people in front of me. All had appointments, beautiful, by all means take the appointments first. I did not have an appointment, I fully expected to wait.Guy i checked in with said it would be “a little bit”. My second mistake was believing that. 2 and a half hours later when I asked for a rough estimate I was met with “You have the Chrysler, right?” I have a Toyota. That answer was met with a confused look and an exit into the garage. A congregation shortly met at the window with over the shoulder glances in my direction. The man returns and asks “ Did you have an appointment?” Now, call me silly but the guy who has been sitting next to your for going on 3 hours now, that probably would be a person who you’d know why they were sitting there. I said No… another retreat to the back. Upon return I got “Oh, yeah, it’s going to be a while.” Would have loved that information when I first got there. Also, little tip for the future. Don’t take walk in’s or at the very least lead with “If you’re here at 8am you’re still going to be behind appointments at noon even though we have 10 plus bays and oil changes take 10 minutes.”

  I brought my vehicle to Mavis Tire & Brakes, 11203 W. Colonial Dr., Ocoee, FL 34761 for a routine oil change. My car was drivable when I arrived. Immediately after the service, my vehicle smelled like burning oil, began smoking, stalled, and the oil light came on. I returned to the shop right away. They replaced the valve cover gasket at no charge, indicating this was the issue and not the oil change. Though my son has been driving from Winter Garden to Kissimmee without an issue. After picking up the vehicle, it would not stay running and began making unusual exhaust/muffler noises — problems that did not exist before this visit. When I raised concerns, I was told I “didn’t know what I was talking about,” was spoken to disrespectfully by multiple male employees, and was told the problem is now a “tune-up” and my responsibility, despite the car running before their service. The shop also placed false and inaccurate notes in their records about an alleged conversation that never occurred. And alleged conversations with a mobile mechanic that is absolutely inaccurate. I was ultimately refused further assistance and returned a vehicle in worse condition. This experience was unprofessional and upsetting. The staff Spoke down to me and did nothing but gaslighting through every conversation since I’m not in their field and plus I’m a woman . A comment was made about another customer that was a female that asked a lot of questions , but “loved her anyway” I’m asking questions because they’re lying about their negligence to my vehicle and that’s why they resumed responsibility to replace the valve cover gasket in the first place. They damaged something else in the vehicle while replacing the valve cover, which is why My vehicle isn’t running properly. I have never felt so insulted humiliated. I was not even offered an Uber and walked home in the dark from the initial incident of the oil change they did incorrectly. The staff there made some mistakes and need to take responsibility . They One I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision
