  I was just at the dealership looking for a new motorhome. The coach I was interested in didn't have leveling jacks and I asked if they could be installed. He said I didn't need them. So that started off on the wrong foot. I asked a couple of questions and he was getting more annoyed. I generally liked the coach there would be a few things I would have to work out. He ushered me out. Showed me another coach. This one was more than my budget and I didn't like the layout. Again ushered me out took me to my car and said goodbye. I was at the dealership 15 min. It's not like they were busy. I was the only customer.

  Great people - from Sheldon, to Victor, to Tammy, to Anthony, to service - all were great! They made our trade-in and purchase very pleasant. Would highly recommend this dealership. Oh, and Mark, too.

  Delivered my 2020 Newmar Dutch Star on January 27th. Many calls to the service writers, from then to today 2/16/26 the coach had not been looked at. Sat in their yard for 21 days, I went to pick it up today, batteries were dead, had to jump start the coach. They lie, and complain about their lack of Techs, I wonder why. I will never do business with this company! I've had 4 class A coaches. Had my service done here when it was Independence RV the service then was perfect, honest and reliable. It WAS the best place in Florida to get service work completed. Maybe Newmar will find out and end them as a dealer. So frustrating!!! I want to add that the GM of the property came to see me, he had NO concerns about my issues, just defended he property, not one suggestion on what he may do for a frustrated customer..... See less

  The ModBug is the perfect balance of rugged and functional. The off-road tires and high clearance mean I don’t have to worry about rougher trails, and the mountain graphics really set the vibe for the trips I have planned. It tows like a dream behind my Tacoma—barely even know it's there! The Experience A massive shoutout to the team at General RV Center (Jason) . The experience was top-notch from start to finish. My sales representative was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk me through every single feature and system. I walked off the lot feeling totally confident and ready to hit the road.
