  I was inquiring about a Motorhome and spoke with Tom S, a salesman. I inquired about the document fee and we spoke back and forth about it. Honestly, he became very abrasive, offensive, and rude about it and it totally turned me off to buying there. I do not need to be lectured or talked down to. I was just comparing numbers and fees etc trying to get the best and most fair deal I could. When I mentioned that I felt he was being abrasive and rude he was quite condescending and even more abrasive. I tried to change the direction of the conversation but he was still worked up and determined to lecture me about his 25 plus years of experience in the industry.

  A total Rip off. Your promise the elevator and you get the Shaft. Be careful of the 3k bumper to bumper warranty. It doesn't cover bumper to bumper. It covers the things that don't break.

  All employees seemed genuinely concerned for us as the customer as they tried their best to make sure all our questions were answered and concerns addressed. Shout out to Samantha for a thorough walk through! Tim delivered the RV to our home in a very professional manner! Our salesman Martin is the BOMB! :-) Purchased a 2026 Brinkley travel trailer model I235. Side note: I have used Independence RV (previous business before the General RV takeover) and the service department has always taken care of our needs flawlessly for our 2002 Newmar Dutch Star.

  We purchased a 2016 thor outlaw 37RB, I don't know where to start, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. We live in MD, drove to the Winter Garden Florida location and was treated like family, everyone we encountered was courteous knowledgable and willing to answer any questions, address any concerns we even thought of. Many may say it's to good to be true but I'm telling you, the service we received was well worth the drive. We would gladly drive 13hrs again just for regular maintenance and service, that's how we were treated. Matt you said it General RV stands by their word, at leadt winter garden does. I would highly recommend this place seriously I have no reason to misguide you yes business is about making a sale and making money, well we enjoyed purchasing as much as they enjoyed selling. And I would do it again only at Winter Garden Florida. Shout out to this team if caring people, not just film flam for money, money grubbers NOT. Thanks. Gus, Victor, Samantha, Lisa, Tammy, Gerard, Sheron if I forgot anyone charge it to my head and not my heart. Thank you all The Kirkland's
