  I rented a CX-90 for our trip to Montreal. The booking, pickup and drop off was a breeze. The staff was helpful and provided all necessary information before handing over the car. The car was in excellent condition. No issues at all. Easy to extend your booking. Rented the car for 5 days, drove 2200kms and paid just $275 (without insurance).

  I called earlier this afternoon, I was down the street as I thought my transmission was blown. Called and gave all info, believed I spoke with someone through their “generic” line or through winter garden location. regardless, really not good service… at all. i called, set up reservation, told woman on the phone what exactly i was looking for. reservation was set up, told me reservation email would be sent momentarily… never was. maybe 10 mins later a gentleman from the winter garden location called me (roughly an hour before closing) that no cars were on the lot. would’ve been nice to have known this when i made said reservation 10 mins prior. gave me an option to go to clermont location. i am now scrambling as im meant to meet the tow truck driver to pick up my vehicle in roughly an hour. he tells me there should be cars at clermont location. this employee sends me reservation and i know head to clermont location. at the clermont location they’re promptly ready to hand me over rental. as im checking out with the gentleman he tells me it’ll be $400+ for TWO days, mind you on the reservation for two days it states $177 which is alright. but NOWHERE was this told to me on the phone before i got there NOR was this “pending fee” was told to me on the phone OR when i got to the clermont location. if that were the case i wouldn’t have wasted my time even go there. i asked the gentleman if someone that was on the phone could possibly pay for this, given i had just spent a hefty fee on a tow truck for my vehicle. he said no. honestly, all in all it would’ve been nice for this to be voiced to me before wasting everyone’s time. ALSO being transparent on what cars were available and how much would be charged to your car. please be transparent to your customers so we’re not both in awkward positions. will not be returning to either location. or honestly Enterprise in general.

  Much thanks to Lucas for transportation to pick up rental. Excellent professionalism. Floyd assisted over the phone, kind and considerate. Emma, front desk was very supportive! Thanks to everyone, great location!
