We’ve always had somewhat positive experiences there, and we spend hundreds of dollars there every week there, but today….. This male employee running Register Operator #8 (from my receipt) was completely rude and dismissive (his name is bac, or bak, or something like this, black, talks low nobody knows what he’s saying). He did not make eye contact, was focused only on a personal conversation he was having with another guy behind the counter, and treated us with a lot of contempt. When we simply asked for a plastic bag for our items, he shook his head and offered no explanation or help. We got a bag from the next register. Management seriously needs to look at this—the behavior of this guy is unacceptable. I can’t even imagine what elderly people or those folks who need some additional help might have to go through.
