  Hector is a superstar! He waited on me explained what he would do and how many people were in front of me and how long it would take. His demeanor has a way of putting you at ease as I was anxious about what was wrong with my vehicle. After diagnostics he said it needed a new battery and had me in and out in a short time.

  I saw two managers talking to each other, so I decided to ask where the restroom was before I bought any product. I didn’t want to bother the guy Francisco, who was working hard. The lady manager in the Grey shirt told me to go stand back in line before I have a chance to ask to where the restroom was. I felt like I was meant with hostility in a customer service based environment
