  Let's start with that I took my car there for a tire repair and/or replacement. 1 they performed a oil change and air filter replacement without letting me know, when I never asked for it and my oil level was at 78% non needed. Air filter on a car under 10k miles. So, I went back for my tire and checked that everything was fine, well they told me that they never check the tire. After checking the tire they told me that I couldn't been repair and that I need buy a new one for 289$. Took it to a different place and they repaired for 46$. So, never go there, they don't even know what they are doing and was easier to try to sell me a new tire than repair the other one. Stealing money there. Non starts should be an option.

  So I walk in at 4:45 for an oil change. The bays are mostly empty. I was told no on an oil change because they close at 6. At most this is a 30 min service if the tech is literally taking their time. My 1st and apparently last time I dealt with them they handed me an estimate for spark plus and a new battery. Both of which had been done within 6 months. I was willing to give them another shot. Very disappointed in the work ethic. This is how you lose a customer.

  The Team at Mavis is world class, attentive, thoughtful, anticipatory of needs and overall very customer focused. I have been dropping in for oil changes, car needs and tires for the last few years. I’m lucky I live close! Right before holiday I had a tire issue and the Team helped me out right away, took 15 minutes to assess and plug the tire, they kept my father and I relaxed and aware of the steps in the process. If you need a trusted place, this is your spot.

  Second time coming here, and once again a great experience. This time they did the front end work on my 345k mile 98 Tacoma and did an excellent job. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and the truck drives like it's straight out of the dealership. I appreciated how straightforward and honest they were, no pressure, no unnecessary upsells, just good work and clear communication. It was a hard job but they stayed open late to make sure it was finished on time. It’s hard to find a shop you trust, but these guys have earned my repeat business. Highly recommend.

  I had to get all of my tires replaced, so I came to Mavis Tires since they were in a great location with great reviews. Because of work, I wasn’t able to come in until 30 minutes before they closed. But I was met with great and friendly service, and they were able to help me immediately! Mike was able to help me make sure I was getting the right tires for my F-150, and he had great knowledge over the vehicle. Then Shane noticed that I needed new brakes as well for my truck, so they were able to get my brakes in as well! I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism I experienced since I care about my truck and safety. In fact, Mike, Shane, George, and Evan even stayed a little later to make sure my tires and brakes were fitted safely, their professionalism and courtesy really meant a lot as a customer. And they were even able to take me immediately the next day to do my tire alignment and to finish installing my brakes with the work done by Shane and Paul. The work done on my truck was both done amazingly and professionally. Thank you to Mike, Shane, George, Evan, Paul, and everyone at Mavis for all the help you all have given me. I appreciate everyone’s courtesy and professionalism! I was extremely satisfied with the service and I will absolutely be back for anything I need done for my truck!
