- SLStefan Lachmann1 day ago1.0Had an appointment for a leaking tire and was told that the wait would be over an hour since four customers were ahead of me. I had stopped by previously that morning just in case to see if they had any openings to take me now. Wait time would have been 1 hour. Would've been better off that morning. What's the sense of making an appointment and getting told there is a longer wait time than a walk in. Unacceptable! Will not be going back.

My husband went in for a simple oil change & ended up waiting three hours with little to no communication about what was going on. They were advising customers that they were short-staffed which is understandable but that makes clear communication even more important. When he finally asked how much longer it would take, instead of getting a helpful update, he was met with attitude. At that point, he decided to just take his keys & leave. No service is worth being treated like that. We understand places get busy but this was supposed to be a quick routine service. Basic customer service & respect go a long way. Unfortunately this place missed the mark on both. Will never return to get any type of service for either of our cars now & would not recommend based on this experience.

- AAAshleyApr 20, 20265.0I made an appointment the day of for a tire repair or tire replacement. I was helped by Joe and Thomas who were able to repair the tire. We weren’t sure if it was repairable but it was. They had everything fixed and I was on my way within 25 minutes. Thank you so much!
