Wish is could give 0/5 stars. THEY DO NOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. Then they'll go through your phone looking at everything other than your appointment confirmation email while essentially calling you a liar. Just so their terrible regional manager will call you back to also call you a liar. Save your time & money, find some place else.

Best experience I’ve had at a tire shop. Came in told them the issue and they made sure to accommodate as quickly as possible. Even let me store my food I had in the car in their fridge. Won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon. Even ended up getting my oil changed when all I needed was a nail in my tire fixed just because of how good the service was they didn’t even need to sell me. Louis is the man.

Had wife’s Mazda CX5 in for oil change probably a month ago. Setting here in garage neighbor noticed I had two lug nuts missing and another about ready to fall off. When oil change was done and tire rotation was complete the vehicle was pulled outside. A tech came out with air wrench and used it on Rt. Front because “hose was not long enough”. All “tightened up” was reply. The tech drove around block and came back. I wanted him to check again but the manager questioned”why”. This could have caused a major and life threatening collision had wheel come off. The bottom line, don’t trust Mavis Auto with anything regarding you loved one’s vehicles.

I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience. We scheduled our appointment online, arrived on time, and there was no one at the front desk. The person who finally came to the front desk told us we were getting “the best deal” and that the tires normally cost much more, but the pricing still felt inflated. We went ahead with the service because the vehicle needed tires, but the rest of the experience was just as disappointing. We were told the shop closed at 6 PM and that we’d receive a call in a couple of hours it was 4pm when the car was ready. No call, no text, nothing. I called several times with no answer. When someone finally picked up, the person on the phone spoke in a condescending tone and claimed they “tried to call” but that “the guy who answered said he already picked up his car.” That makes no sense — clearly they had the wrong file or wrong number, especially since they never verified our information when we dropped off the vehicle. When I asked if I could still pick up the car since they close at 6, the employee responded with unnecessary attitude: “Yeah, I’m still here. That’s why I’m talking to you.” Completely unprofessional. If multiple calls went unanswered, how would I know anyone was still there and if the call wasn’t routed somewhere because you picked up … This was a random Tuesday, not a busy weekend, and the lack of organization, poor communication, and rude customer service were unacceptable. If they’re mixing up customer files and calling the wrong people, that’s a clerical issue they need to fix — hire more staff, get a receptionist, or improve their process. But taking it out on customers is not the answer. Between the overpriced service and the unprofessional behavior, we will not be returning

I had a scheduled appointment, When I arrived on time, I attempted to show Mr. Ernesto my reservation, but he stated he could not find me in the system. My husband and I showed him the confirmation on my phone and explained what we had been told when booking. His response to me was, “It’s way too early for this,” which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. From that point on, the experience continued to decline. I originally received one quote when making the appointment, but since he claimed he couldn’t find my reservation, the price in-store was different. It felt as though the pricing was being adjusted arbitrarily. When he entered my email address incorrectly, I pointed it out immediately. He told me he couldn’t go back into the system to correct it, meaning I would not receive updates about my vehicle. That was concerning and unacceptable. After leaving my car for tires, alignment, and balancing, I received no calls or updates. Hours later, I happened to drive by and noticed my car parked outside. When I went inside to ask about it, another employee, Keith, asked if I had received a phone call. I explained that I had not because my information had been entered incorrectly something they never attempted to fix until I came back the final time by another employee. When I finally drove my vehicle, it was worse than when I brought it in. I had to return three separate times. Ultimately, Ernesto stated that if they couldn’t get it right, I could take my car to another location to have it done and that’s exactly what I did. That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer care provided. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I will not return, and I would caution others to think carefully before choosing this place.
