  My mother is in her 70's n her oil light went on. She panicked and went to Auto Zone. My mother has never added oil to a car. She knows nothing about cars besides driving them. One of the workers saw her outside. He recognized she was upset. He came over to her n had her sit back in her car and listened to her story. He told her that she didn't have to worry. They would help her, just relax, n let the car cool down a bit so they could get a good read on how much oil she needed. She explained to me that there were 2 men helping her Nicholas n Joshua. They were so kind to get involed in a very frightening moment for her. I can't thank you gentlemen enough. You both took the time to hear her story, n help an old, panic stricken, woman. It was so nice of you. I wouldn't even want her to drive in that condition, but you two angels fixed her n her car up!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Auto Zone went above and beyond. I will recommend you to everyone i can.

  Last week, I visited AutoZone with my daughter because I had a concern about my car. Mr. Eddie was at the counter and immediately greeted us warmly. When we explained the situation, he listened carefully, provided a knowledgeable recommendation, and we followed his advice. Throughout the entire interaction, Mr. Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. After we made our purchase, he even came out to the car to check on us and offer additional assistance. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a big impression. I will definitely return to AutoZone because of him. Outstanding customer service—thank you, Mr. Eddie! 💯

  Always the same employee always is asking for the part number. Is his work check the system and get the part number. Hire employees with knowledge.

  You can find what you need and staff is always willing to look up parts and order them for you if they aren't stocked in store.
