I had my receipt and was approached by Lucy the store manager. She was amazing!!! Immediately stated she would resolve the issue. She grabbed her battery meter and checked the battery, alternator and starter for any issues. All checked out as good however because the battery was under warranty she wanted to replaced the battery anyway. SHE replaced it. She didn’t ask one of the male techs to handle it. She retrieved a battery and tools and in a few minutes I had new battery, my car started and I was on my way and has been starting without issues since. Thank you Lucy for your smile, positive “I can help” attitude and great customer service.
