I would say that your blowers are a 6 out of 10. Your washing is 9/10. Your wheel dressing is 4/10 and wax application is 5/10. After running through 2-3 times a week, neither wheel coating or the wax coating are sufficient to warrant your price. Your competitors are doing a much better job than what you are doing. I have tried all competitors in central FL and find the older Mister CarWash is, the worse the product. Hopefully you will take notice and improve your product to give the customer a better product for their dollar.

When I mentioned I will just quit coming here because he won’t spray he told me that this wasn’t the place for me to come for washes … wow really there is other car washes all over wildwood Florida . I having been coming this car wash since it opened 2-3 times a month and now I’m really glad I never bought a membership because now I’m finding a different car wash to take my business because some company policy is too lazy to spray my bumper
