  Went in to have a tire repaired. They worked me in to the schedule and not only fixed my issue, they also found a second nail in another tire and repaired it. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and efficient.

  Stopped in without an appt to see if they could check for a slow leak in my tire. Scott was very helpful and asked if I had time to wait. It took about an hour overall before they could check my tire. It did have a small nail hole and they patched it quickly. They also performed checks on the battery, fluids and all tires. Provided details on items that may need attention in the near future and offered a quote when requested. There was absolutely no pressure to sell additional services or products. I appreciated their advice and will definitely return when I need additional auto service for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating. The only downside for those who were waiting is the TV was not functional - but that’s why smart phones were invented.

  This is my second time coming to this location with my Tesla model Y for a tire rotation and they continue to do the best job ever. I won’t take my car anywhere else. They beat the quoted time and always come in on budget. No surprise charges or crazy pressure upsells to make you feel bad. Just quality service, quality products and friendly people.

  Brian and Chris are GREAT! Brian checked me in for my appointment and was very understanding about my request to streamline the appointment. It was just for an oil change, but they do so much more for you! And it’s all included in the quoted amount. They would have done a complete tire rotation, checked fluid levels, I think they even do a diagnostic. I didn’t have a lot of time, so Brian suggested they just check the tire pressure along with the oil change. It was perfect! And they were done so quickly, but professionally! And! Get this! They have 2 women mechanics! I was impressed. The shop is spotless, waiting area is extremely comfortable, WiFi is spotty, but they have charging stations if you want to charge a phone. Normally I am nervous about going to get my car worked on, for anything. But Brian, and Chris (he completed the appointment by handling the paperwork), I don’t know, I just had a sense of calm from start to finish. I feel that I can trust them, and the mechanics. I will DEFINITELY be back!

  I'm writing to leave a quick review for my visit today, December 18th, for a flat repair on my Chevrolet Equinox. This was my first experience with Mavis Tire and Brakes in Wildwood, Florida, and I was extremely impressed. The service was excellent, and my flat was fixed quickly and efficiently. I was taken in a few minutes before my appointment time (I had arrived early). The service managers were excellent: courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The mechanic working on my car not only fixed my flat, but explained the additional checks he performed. I really appreciate the complimentary checks he did on my brakes and other systems, as well as the clear, professional recommendations regarding the dry rot on my rear tires and the recommendation for an alignment. Everything was explained well, and I felt no pressure after declining the additional work. Great service overall, and I will be back for new tires and an alignment – I just did not have time today.
