I visited this car wash recently and left disappointed, mainly due to the overall lack of attention and customer service.
From the start, the initial interaction set the tone. The attendant receiving my car barely spoke and mostly pointed at a pricing sheet instead of clearly explaining options or guiding the process. It felt rushed and impersonal.
After the wash, I noticed that my driver’s side floor mat was missing. When I brought it to their attention, the response was immediate and dismissive. I was told the car arrived without a floor mat, with little effort to genuinely look into the situation.
What stood out most was the lack of consistency and care in how the issue was handled. Different explanations were given, and when I asked to review the camera footage, the explanation provided was unclear and didn’t convincingly support their claim.
Instead of taking the time to thoroughly review what happened or consider the possibility of a mistake, the conversation quickly became defensive. At no point did I feel like there was a real attempt to resolve the concern or take accountability.
Mistakes can happen in any business, but attention to detail and how situations are handled make all the difference. Unfortunately, that was lacking here from start to finish.

I do want to clarify one point in your reply, as it is inaccurate. The vehicle was not a loaned car. I arrived with my own vehicle, and stating otherwise only adds to the confusion around what actually occurred.
To be clear, this situation was not escalated further on-site because I chose not to prolong the interaction. At that point, it was evident that no additional review or transparency was going to be provided, particularly when I was not allowed to view the relevant camera angles I requested.
This experience is not about a floor mat. It is about how the situation was handled. From the initial interaction to the way the concern was addressed, there was a lack of communication, clarity, and willingness to properly review the issue.
As someone who has visited this location before, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this business to others.
