- KGKayla GayleMar 29, 20264.0I made a reservation and at pickup time the location didn’t have any same class vehicles available. While also helping other customers Kevin worked diligently to find an alternative. Eventually he secured a vehicle for me at a sister branch and I received a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. Kevin arranged for transportation to the sister branch near by and my pickup was smooth and timely. Throughout this entire experience, Kevin’s professionalism and customer service went above and beyond! He is an amazing representation of the company and I definitely will be using Enterprise Weston moving forward for my rental car needs. Only rating 4 stars because of the inconvenience but the level of attention and service I received is definitely 5 star worthy!

Female employee was not concerned with the issue at all. You cannot leave your car overnight. it will be towed. I asked for a different manager number. She refused. Offered a customer service one 800 number which never picks up the phone. do not go to this rental enterprise you will not have a car.

I drive past tons of Enterprise locations just to come to the Weston location because of the level of professionalism she and the team exudes. She is truly a gem to the company and has changed my mind on my past poor experiences with different Enterprise locations. Thank you FiFi for always providing an easy going and professional filled customer service. It is truly appreciated!
