Rented a car from this location in Weston Florida. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Clean cars and quick service.

I have rented cars from enterprise multiple times. Never been asked to sign a rental agreement. My signature was forged on the rental agreement by the employee that rented us the car. And the damage waiver that I made a reservation for was removed. So when there was damage to the vehicle, they tried to pin it on us and make us pay for it. When I picked up the vehicle, I offered my ID and was told that I didn’t need it. I asked three times if there was anything else that I needed to do for them before I left with the car or if I needed to sign anything. I was specifically told no.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My recent experience here under the management of Fifi was absolutely unacceptable. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and discriminatory.
As a long-time customer who has rented from this branch many times prior to her tenure, I was shocked at how poorly I was treated. When I presented a confirmed lower price for my reservation, she flat-out refused to honor it and handled the situation with a hostile, uncooperative attitude. When I asked to speak with another manager, she denied my request entirely — leaving me stranded without a car and forcing me to change my weekend plans.
What makes this worse is that I felt discriminated against during this interaction. No customer should ever feel singled out or mistreated, especially by someone in a management position. That type of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against everything a company like Enterprise should stand for.
Looking at many other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Fifi has shown a repeated pattern of unprofessional conduct, yet Enterprise continues to keep her in charge. That decision is both disappointing and damaging to customer trust.
I will be escalating this matter directly to a district manager and expect this complaint to be taken seriously. Loyal customers like myself should not be driven away because of unprofessional and discriminatory treatment. Unless changes are made, I will not be returning to this location.

Review of Enterprise Weston – Very Disappointing Experience
On August 19th, I rented a Nissan Altima from Enterprise Weston expecting the same great service I’ve usually received from Enterprise, but unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.
The car itself drove fine, except for faulty windshield wipers that made driving in heavy rain unsafe. My rental was supposed to be for four days while my personal car was being repaired in Weston (I live in Naples), but when the repair was delayed, I extended the rental.
On August 24th, I called the Weston location to ask about returning the car in Naples instead. The representative I spoke with told me this wouldn’t be a problem and that a manager would call me shortly to confirm—no mention was made of any additional costs. Hours went by without a call, so I followed up. The next associate I spoke to said the only thing on my account was the extension, and again I was told a manager would contact me the next day.
The following morning, no one had reached out, so I called again and finally spoke with the assistant manager. Instead of addressing the multiple service breakdowns I had experienced, she simply told me that changing the return location would cost an additional $60. This was never communicated upfront and would never have been worthy it since I was paying $35 a day. At that point, I felt completely disregarded as a customer. If I had known about this fee earlier, I would have returned the car the day before and avoided unnecessary extensions. Instead, because of the lack of transparency and communication, I ended up spending nearly $200 more than I should have.
When I finally returned the car in Weston on August 29th, I mentioned everything that happened—including the dangerous wiper issue—and was met with casual remarks like, “Yeah, reservations is always like that” and “Thanks for the heads up about the wipers.” No apology, no ownership, no attempt to make things right.
This experience left me feeling completely unheard and undervalued as a customer. Service is about solving problems, not creating new ones. Between the mechanical issue, the lack of communication, and the hidden fees, this rental turned into a nightmare.
This is the first review I have ever written, and I am doing so because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same situation. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and vehicle maintenance.

EDITING TO ADD THAT THE ENTERPRISE RESPONSE BELOW IS COMPLETE BS. I DID AS THE PERSON INSTRUCTED, GAVE ALL THE INFO. GOT SOME APOLOGIES AND THAT A MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING ME "ASAP" Ha! No call, nothing.
I wish I could leave 0 stars as a rating. I made a minivan reservation in April. On the morning of my pick up on August 14, I was told that my minivan wouldn't be available until after 3, was I flexible with pick up time. I said I was, Chad assured me he would be calling me by 3 or earlier to pick up minivan. At 3:55 pm, after not hearing from Enterprise, I call and was then told, oh, yeah there is a recall on that minivan I can't rent it to you. I am flabbergasted, and ask you didn't know about the recall when you spoke to me this morning? No reply. I go to the location, and Fifi was so rude to me. She admits they have known about the minivan recall since July. I ask why didn't anyone inform me sooner? Her only "solution" was for me to go to the airport location and see if they have a minivan. Claimed to "have no access" to anything to help me. I expressed disappointment, and asked how it was possible that she was unable to assist me? Her response was to tell Chad "don't engage, walk away" and tell me she already offered me a solution. The audacity. No apology, no assistance. I call the Enterprise customer service line while at this Weston location and that person says that the Weston location can transfer my reservation to another Enterprise location so I can still get the rate I secured in April. I tell Fifi this and her reply was " I have no access to any of that." Awful, awful awful. Stay away from this location! Rude and nasty "manager"
