The process of picking up the car at one location and returning it at a different location was simple and hassle-free, which I truly appreciated. I am very happy with the service. It’s definitely worth paying a little extra for the peace of mind of knowing everything will go smoothly. I highly recommend this location.

They offer my a small Chevy Trax. I decline. Asked Chad to speak to the manager FiFi. I am told she is at lunch. 2:45. I said upgrade me or I will wait for the manager. All while Chad thought this was funny. I waited until 4:30. No manger. That's some long lunch. Yes I was upset and voiced my displeasure. Poorly run. Why didn't they call if they weren't going to have a rental that I reserved weeks ago. Never again Enterprise. Upper management should look at these negative reviews and see there is an issue here.

Took a hour and half lunch break and left Chad in charge in which as he said" I don't know anything, I just work here" Need to find a more customer oriented car rental. Management needs to do a secret shop here. I should have read all the poor reviews.
