  Made appt to get tires here online with clear prices agreed to at time of appt being made. When showed up to the appt, was told they were short mechanics and that the price was going to be more than what was clearly listed when appt was made.

  Steve was great to work with. He came out and clearly explained the situation with our car, what needed to be done, and the difficulties he ran into along the way. He was honest, straightforward, and made sure we understood everything. He also pointed out other things we should be aware of moving forward, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service and communication!

  Honestly these guys are sharp, and professional they don’t waste time,and get the job done. First walk in I was greeted ,and it did not take time for my car to be next in line. I watched the work get done and even gave me details about the alignment.

  I want to start off with saying thank you to the store manager for taking care of my father and mom that means a lot to me. She was very honest with them and I will definitely send friends coworkers even my kids to that store location because of her thank you again

  Went there after getting a flat, expecting a simple and professional replacement. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I was told my Nexen tire would be ordered and ready on the 18th at 2:00 PM (the day after I got there). I took time off from work, drove 30 minutes to come in, only to be told it wasn’t available.. No call, no text, no update.. just “come back tomorrow” and a $20 discount for the inconvenience. fine.. I returned on the 19th, expecting the correct tire. After installation, I realized they installed a completely different model. I had 3 Nexen Roadian GTX (an SUV tire), but they put on Nexen N’Priz (a passenger sedan tire). Same brand and size, but not the same category, performance, or intended use. What made this worse was being told this was an “upgrade,” which is simply incorrect. The N’Priz is not an upgrade, it is cheaper, and it’s not designed for SUVs like a VW Atlas Cross Sport. That kind of misinformation is concerning.. you can easily google the difference and tell which one is for what.. To top it off, I was charged $250 for a single tire, which is way higher than what I’ve paid at the dealership.. my bad, I should’ve asked… Overall: poor communication, wrong product installed, misleading explanation, and overpriced. I’ll be replacing this tire elsewhere.
