  Ketsia our representative is such a character. She is so welcoming, bubbly, and overall helpful! We had a little hiccup picking up our rental car (it was my fault, I didn't have my CC/DC on me/everything is on my apple wallet and they needed the physical card). Ketsia exhausted all of her resources. We tried to put the card number manually but SIXT policy doesn't have that feature. Nonetheless, thankfully we had family in the area in which we were able to send the money, use their card, etc etc. Ketsia was VERY patient with us, we waited for our family member to drive down to W. Palm. We did wait an hour and some change (again, totally our fault). When we received the car it was in great condition. No issues as far as the car itself. We loved it and it accommodated our family of 3. Ketsia asked if we wanted a bottle of water multiple times checking up on us while we waited. I'll definitely be coming back to visit Florida and when I do I hope to see her there! She is overall great! In a world full of dark, she brings the light!

  Personnel peu agréable. On a voulu changer notre véhicule que l on avait pris à miami. Appel de la hot line qui nous réserve une autre catégorie. Quand on arrive à l agence,personnel désagréable, elle part,revient,repart, nous pose dans un coin en attente. Tout ça pour nous dire Qu ils n ont pas d autres véhicule que le même que l on a jusqu'à l intervention de la responsable peu être qui nous a débloqué la situation. Bref autant l agence de miami airport nous avez satisfait autant celle là moyen.

  Jason was great at the counter , he helped and explained all available options and put the extra effort in to make sure I understood them . He showed me how the new system to retrieve the car key's worked . He walked outside with me and offered to pull the car up front when I decided to walk to the car (which was close) he went above and beyond and helped me with my suitcase and bags . That was something that you don't see to often and it was much appreciated . I'm not sure what position he has as a employee for Sixt but his going above and beyond was great encounter and he is definitely a asset to your company . Paul Barrasso Boston , Ma.

  I have rented several cars in the past at Sixt at the PBI office. Never have I been greeted with a warmer and friendlier smile than was exhibited by Kristia. She was very friendly and tremendously helpful in getting me what I wanted quickly and efficiently. What a pleasure working with such a positive worker that that rental office. What an asset to have someone so positive and helpful, it made the whole experience a pleasure renting a car. When the car was a bit slow she was on top of the situation and very reassuring. I will always ask for Kristia from now on.
