  Rented via Emerald Aisle on National Website. Due to "mechanical issues" and a missed connection, had to update our reservation from 3 PM to 8 PM pickup. No cars at Emerald Aisle on arrival but very kind, upbeat, and helpful onsite staff immediately took care of us and got us in an upgraded vehicle . (By the way, we decided we are NOT fans of Range Rovers - actually not the most comfy of rides - although with all the rain in Florida last week the "wading " mode almost came in handy) . Also very friendly and helpful when dropping vehicle off - did not make us worry about tossing all the water bottles etc - just pointed us to the shuttle (one had just left but it was only a 3-minute wait ) and got us on our way. It makes quite a difference having staff that actually seems to enjoy doing their job and helping people - thanks again. Definitely recommend this location.

  I had a great experience today using National. I had a 6 am reservation and was a little nervous about picking up bc it was so early and I didn't know where to go. I went to the terminal on the first floor where the rental agency desks are (as is states to on the reservation confirmation) but no one was there so I followed the signs for the courtesy shuttle and sure enough there was the shuttle waiting and Jojo was driving. He was so helpful, pleasant and got me on my way to the office and area where u pick up the cars. He walked me to the door of the office and introduced me to the representative at the desk (I forgot his name). When I tell you everyone from jojo, the "alamo" rep, the young woman in the booth when I was leaving with the vehicle, to Wayne who checks in the car when u return it, to LL (I hope I am spelling that right) the shuttle driver tonight, were so efficient, professional and friendly. They all made my day and do a good job and I hope they are recognized for that. Everything went smoothly and the selection of cars was good and they were clean and had full tank. I was so happy with my experience and will use national whenever I can. I just had a crappy experience with avis and am still dealing with that situation weeks after the reservation so it was nice to have such a good experience with this company 💚

  I'm quite unimpressed by this rental car return center. They do not offer rides back for VIP and I left my glasses case in the center concile, came back within 15min and they couldn't find it. That's utterly ridiculous. Thank goodness it wasn't expensive but that level of theft is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing.

  Car was clean, well maintained and competitively priced rental. Actually it was lower than anyone else for an SUV for this rental. Audi Q3 what i rented, so ride was awesome as well. Service was top notch. No waiting, in and out in a matter of minutes. Return was the same, fast and attendant was very pleasant.

  Think I left my prescription glasses in my rental. 3 phone calls and 2 websites later I am still being jerked around. And I fly / rent weekly. Shouldn’t be this hard to be a customer…
