  I stopped here first thing this morning at 7:30 AM to two gentleman to kindly ask them to check air in my tires on my motorcycle. I was polite and respectful, saying good morning to the each of them. I was met with “we don’t work on motorcycles, you can check it yourself,” by a man named Chris and another unknown co-worker of his, middle aged man. I’m let down, and if I ever purchase a vehicle, I’ll be sure to choose another place to bring that vehicle to be serviced, as they had nothing going on at the time of opening. I waived all liability of them being responsible for my tire pressure, so I’m just left puzzled. They then proceeded to sit outside lingering with nothing going on, smoking electronic cigarettes, which there’s nothing wrong with, just do it out back and not in front of the establishment. You’re representing the Goodyear name, wear it with pride. Downtown West Palm Beach is rapidly gentrifying, and this location better stay up with the times, or else they’re out of here. Just my 2¢

  Excellent experience at this Goodyear location. Ivan was very attentive and communicative about my service. I would recommend this store for quick vehicle maintenance.
