From the moment we started Dee was incredibly polite and courteous making the entire process comfortable and stress-free. What sets her apart is her extensive knowledge of there products and the RV industry.   We just bought our first trailer and we thought the experience was good. There were a few hiccups along the way of the purchase but were handled promptly and quickly. There was one part of this journey with General RV that I think was not handled properly at all and I believe could have been resolved there internally, but was more or less brushed off, so we will handle it on our own, at our own cost. We are making that choice because this is the trailer we really wanted. The 1 person that I want to give a big shout out to is Josue Rubi our delivery specialist. He showed us how everything worked inside and out. But the whole time with him he was so responsive to our questions and needs. He definitely should be in a management role because he really does care about the customers. Thank you Josue Rubi.
