  After a disappointing rental online experience, I went to the Belvedere Enterprise not expecting much, but to my surprise Shakeria Read saved the day! I was able to rent a car with my debit card without any issues. She was friendly, knowledgeable, detailed, and encouraging. I truly felt like I was her top priority. Just when you think customer service is dead, she provides hope.

  I was beyond please with the service of the Enterprise Truck rental location on Belvedere Road. Jack and Andrew of that location were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They entertained my little son as the rental was received, and they were beyond professional. Jack was extremely helpful with figuring out what truck would be needed for the move I had planned, I am very appreciative of all their help and professionalism. Thank You again!

  DO NOT RENT HERE!! Absolutely disgraceful experience at the Enterprise Truck Rental branch in West Palm Beach. As a business owner in the moving industry, I called ahead to make sure everything would be handled properly. I was told clearly by a representative that as long as the renter had a credit card with his name on it, there would be no issue renting a truck. The card did have his name on it. When my friend arrived, the story suddenly changed. Now a company credit card was “not allowed,” even though his name was printed on the card and he had full authorization. This restriction was never mentioned during the call and what's worse doesn't make sense. Then, when another individual attempted to rent using his own driver’s license and personal credit card, they were refused as well — which now becomes and issue since according to them the credit card used had to be a personal credit card which it was. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have personally used my company credit card in the past for a personal rental without any issue. The policies at this branch seem to change depending on who you speak to and when you show up. When I contacted the branch manager, instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, I was given shifting excuses and contradictory reasoning. There was no accountability and no transparency — just backpedaling. This location operates with inconsistent policies and poor communication. If there are specific rules, they should be explained clearly and applied consistently. Customers should not have to deal with last-minute surprises after being told something completely different over the phone. I will be escalating this issue beyond the branch level. Extremely disappointing experience and very unprofessional management. I hope they are ready for what's to come which I couldn't include in this review but because someone has a different skin color than yours shouldn't mean they should be treated differently and just create excuses as to why they are refusing to rent them a truck. Shame on the branch manager and the representative that blatantly lied about what the trucks use was intended for. You will be hearing from me.
