  My checking account was charged $150.00 for a loaner from Autonation Cadillac Service Dept. I reported the erroneous charge by text and by phone message and again by text to Steve at Autonation Cadillac and I still do not have a resolution nor a refund. I am not supposed to pay for a loaner when my 6-month old car is being serviced. Issue my refund immediately or this will be escalated to both corporate departments.

  Enterprise being a big business should know that the person in the front manages the business, I had the worst experience with Jazzlyn in the front, I feel that she was making trouble for no reason. Firstly i waited 20 minutes for her to come to the store ( I don’t know where she was) , after she came she made up her own rules about not giving me a car, she was extremely disrespectful and mannerless . If it was my business, I would rather have self service than keep a person like Jazzlyn work in the front. Extremely unprofessional, will never visit the store again because of jazzlyn
