  This place confirmed a truck that they never stock at this location. Just find anywhere to get a car from. There were also three other customers that were going through the same kind of issue. No resolution for any of us. Just a waste of time and all three of us had events on this day. With a confirmed reservation I could not get a vehicle that was needed for the day of rental.

  Was sent to the Congress location by Mercedes for a car rental for the day. The staff was professional. However, my experience the car I receives was NOT ACCEPTABLE. The attendant did not orient me to the car nor ask if i needed assistance. Was more concern in reviewing the contract. The car was filthy, I was not able to see out of the windshield, the windows or the side mirrors. ( Unsafe for any driver) the attendant could not assist me with finding the windshield washer, did not know the location. (there was no windshield washer fluid present) The car was pulled to the side to have the glass washed. This did not help much since the dirt was also on the inside of the windows, front and back windshield. The car has over 55 thousand miles, scratched on each sides and back of car plus all four Rims has multiple damage. This information will be passed on to the Mercedes Service Department. (maybe need to consider another car rental for their service)

  Agents were all friendly, polite, knowledgeable got me in, and into a car quickly. The same when I returned the car, smoothly handled and arranged for a ride to the dealership to get my car. Definitely 5 star service.

  The car itself was fine, but the customer service and transportation process were extremely frustrating. I called for a pickup and was told someone would be available in about 10 minutes, but after waiting 30 minutes no one ever came. When I tried calling the office, I was immediately put on hold and never able to speak to anyone. I ended up having to ask my dad to pick me up from the mechanic and drive me to the rental location. Once I got there, they couldn't find my reservation at first even though they had called earlier to confirm it. Between the pickup issue and delays at the office, I ended up being an hour and a half late to work. Returning the car wasn't much better. I needed a ride back to the mechanic and had to wait again while other customers were helped. They said they would drive me back in another vehicle but couldn't find it, and eventually had to use the car I had just returned. The employee who drove me back was very nice, but overall the process was disorganized and caused significant delays.

  I rented a vehicle from this location for four months, and during that time the entire staff of gentlemen were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. I never experienced any issues with any of them throughout my rental period, and they always treated me with respect and professionalism. However, my experience with the manager, Fran, was completely different. She was very rude, unprofessional, and had a very negative attitude during our interaction. Because I was three hours late making a payment, she handled the situation in a way that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. As a result of that conversation, she placed me on the “do not rent” list for this location. After renting for four months without any problems, it was disappointing to be treated this way over a short delay in payment. My experience with the rest of the staff was great, but the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service I had received from everyone else. She should not be a manager at all and should promote anyone of the gentleman that works there.
