I reserved an Escalade weeks in advance and even called to confirm it would be available. I made it clear this specific vehicle was essential for an exclusive event. Despite having an Escalade on site, I was told it was already reserved for the next day—completely disregarding my confirmed reservation. This is unacceptable. I’ve rented from Enterprise over a dozen times since August, and no effort or solution was offered. Truly appalled by the experience at this location.

Picked up a Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise at PBI Airport. It was the easiest rental ever. I loaded my drivers license and other information onto the Enterprise App before coming and CHECKED IN using my phone prior to arrival. When I arrived, I was directed directly to the lot and an attendant pointed to 6 Pacificas and told me to just take any of them. I got in and headed to the gate. At the gate a camera scanned the car for any pre-existing dents. I only had to show my credit card and drivers license to the gate attendant. The whole thing took 5 minutes. As for returning the car, I just pulled up and left it. The car had 10,400 miles on it and was in excellent condition. I am impatient and cannot stand lines. I also want a fairly new car that is clean. Others may be a few bucks cheaper, but if they are inefficient, slow, and stupid, I will avoid them.

I love it! I will definitely be back in the future. I booked a car with Budget and wasn’t able to get the car. I spoke with a girl over the phone from Enterprise she was able to book my reservation easily, everything was straightforward no hiding fees or anything. I got a cheap price for under $300 for 3 days and they picked the perfect car for me. Everyone was so friendly, explaining anything wonderfully, and very professional. Pickup and drop off was in and out. I had a great experience! Good work yall ❤️

My experience at Enterprise West Palm Beach was unacceptable from start to finish. The shuttle system was chaotic, with no signage, no organized lines, and no staff guidance. The shuttle driver’s behavior was completely inappropriate—he swore at customers, refused to allow standing passengers, and had a personal breakdown in front of everyone. This set the tone for what became an extremely poor rental experience. At the rental center, the disorganization continued. Staff members contradicted each other, sending customers into multiple different lines with no clear process. When I finally received my vehicle, I discovered that the midsize SUV I reserved had been replaced with a compact SUV. Despite raising this with the manager, Nikki, I was incorrectly told the vehicle was a midsize. My rental confirmation later proved otherwise, meaning I was charged for a vehicle class I did not receive. The vehicle itself was in terrible condition—dirty interior, stains on the seats and headliner, and visible wear. The situation became even more alarming when I found a cockroach infestation inside the car later that evening. This is not just disappointing; it is completely unacceptable for any rental company. As an Enterprise Plus Platinum member, I expect professionalism, accuracy, and basic cleanliness. This location failed on every level. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge Enterprise to address the serious operational and hygiene issues at this branch.
