Mr. Mason, unfortunately encountered a problem with the dealership from where the car was purchased and he had to go through hoops to get the matter straightened out. I can’t say enough positive accolades towards Mr. Mason. He displayed a great deal of patience with trying to correct the error done by the car dealership.Mr. Mason was very professional in handling this matter. Mr. Mason exhibited a great attitude and we appreciate his service.
