The part I like best, is that I NEVER feel pressured to do anything. And unlike the dealership, I know that the staff are not making up the needed services. They do my oil change and recommend things. It makes me feel more likely to get the services with Valvoline.

- KCKanika CharlesOct 24, 20251.0I don’t even give this place a one star so I gotten an oil change in July my miles was 73000 miles I am now at 75000 miles the sticker says for me to get another oil change by 78000 miles I went there Tuesday 10/22/25 my car had 0 oil in it I was told that it’s a recall on the vehicle and they are not allowed to work on Hyundai or Kia vehicle but to all the recalls so I said if that’s the case why not turn me down this company wouldn’t even give a a complimentary top of oil they said I have to pay for service and or move my car and threaten to call the cops I stated my vehicle did not have any oil and that someone made a mistake the last time I was here either they drained my oil and didn’t refill it. I will not recommend this place to anyone I spoken with customer service and they stated that I payed for a top of oil which I did not I paid for a full service oil change and they steady giving me top of oil this place is ripping people off please please please everyone stay away from this place your car will be out of commission and if you do go here check your oil because they do now own up to there mistakes and will not help you if and when they are at fault on top of all that I been checking my oil for the since I got my last oil change and the stick is black like what did they actually do then want to threaten to call the police on me but if I was to file a civil claim I would be the bad person right
