    I just can't recommend this car wash nor can I recommend the Northlake location. After spending $200 for a full detailing of my truck at the Northlake location to discover they decided to completely neglect my roof, I decided to go to the Okeechobee location for my next wash. After my wash, I drove off to quickly discovered my right side mirror was completely shifted out of place and out of view. Upon pulling over and moving it back into place, I think see the mirror had completely fallen off. To realize that whoever washed my car not only did not have the attention to detail to notice my mirror was totally shifted but also dislodged the mirror itself and made no attempt to fix it nor mention it is crazy. I cannot recommend Unlimited Auto Wash. EDIT: changed to 3 stars because the manager personally reached out to make things right. That is good customer service. Just be wary that if you buy a wash here results may be inconsistent and, at worst, you will leave will damage to your car.

    🚫⭐️👎🏽 0 STARS If you just need a basic wash, this place is fine. For wax or detailing services — do not recommend. I stopped by this location while running errands. An associate named Peter asked if I wanted to add a wax service, and I agreed since I had been planning to do it for the new year. After the service was completed, I noticed some scratches on my hood that was not present prior to the wash. No one mentioned it to me — they simply signaled that the car was ready and pointed out the interior vacuum. I only noticed the damage because I did my own walk-around and asked about it. The staff appeared unsure how it happened. An incident report was filed, and I was told the owner would contact me on Wednesday. That was Monday. It is now Thursday, and I have received no call, even after following up. Instead, I’ve only been offered a free car wash — which does not resolve paint damage. I’m seeking accountability and repair, not another wash. To make matters worse, once I got home I realized the interior wasn’t even fully wiped down. I brought my car in without scratches and left with one. That’s unacceptable. I hope management reaches out to resolve this properly.

    Took my 2021 Tacoma TRD off-road for an issue with artillery fungus, and a general exterior detail. They did a wonderful job, fungus issue resolved and vehicle looks great! Staff is very nice. Strongly recommended.

    I had a great experience here with the help of kacey And Pete Who didn’t waste a single second and immediately came to assist me and explained to me a different prices and what each detail consist of my car came out fantastic interior and exterior And one thing I really appreciate is that They charge depending on vehicle size which I feel is very reasonable.

    Had a great experience here, my car came out amazing. I’m not typically one to write reviews on businesses, but the customer service from Kacey was superb. He professionally and kindly explained the multitude of different detail services with great detail, depth, and dimension. This was all around a great experience.
