  Casey was extremely helpful and the girl behind the counter was so nice. They did an amazing job with the car and we are super happy.

  Rate it 1 star because I can’t rate it lower, payed $214 for a full detailing, I was told by the manager it was a FULL DETAILING, they spend 2 hours on the car, when I get back, the compartment under the backseat was just as I had left it, so I talked to a guy if he could clean it and he did, even asking to verify if it was good, I said yes and just left, later I noticed the cupholder were so dirty, and the cupholder in the back as well, all they did to the car was vacuum and grease it, really bad “detailing” also, when I spoke to staff this one lady super calm telling her about what had happened, and she was so rude and was like “calm down buddy”, if you can, take your money somewhere else, I’m sure there is placed that will actually take the time and effort to do the job right, also the staff was getting at the fact that the car had to go back twice, kinda to the point they didn’t want to help me anymore

  Been in line almost an hour the line is backed up to the street curb I have been coming here for years not enough staff most are new the staff is complaining to customers who are frustrated they need help but staff say owner sends staff home daily to save money 💰 but this is at the consumers expense! We have better things to do than sit in a car wash for an hour on a Saturday go to the Wellington/Lakeworth they get you in and out! It does not matter how many individuals it is too much and unacceptable!

  I have given this place multiple chances to get the wash right. Most of the time I have to go back and have them redo what they missed. I currently have a membership with them. I will no longer be taking my cars here to get washed. They do a very poor rushed job. I have gone back 8-9 times hoping that it was just a bad day but it seems as though it’s consistent with this car wash. I watch them every time when they’re doing my car and they skim over the rims and don’t get in between the spokes so there’s constantly dirt left on the wheels. I just left there and checked my cup holders and they were not touched so I had to turn around and go back for them to redo it. I don’t usually write reviews like this but this has gone too far. These car wash technicians do not show ANY care for my cars.

  I got my car washed on Friday 10/17. Not only did the MANAGER try to make me buy the highest priced wash after I told him I wanted the wash priced just below that one (I had to have him correct it on the ticket) but, my hood/roof came out with leftover brown spots from wet leaves. The worker informed me he couldn’t get them off and I would need to pay for $150 detail job in order to get the spots off. Imagine my surprise when I went to the PBG location on A1A for a rain check re-wash 2 days later and the car came out of the regular wash with ZERO brown spots! It looked 100% better after being washed and wiped down by the crew at this location. The Okeechobee location/manager is shady and has no integrity. I will not return.
