  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. Audrey truly exceeded my expectations—she was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly while helping patch up my tire. The gentlemen doing the hard work in the shop were very helpful as well and made the whole process smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

  Not really happy! I went in for 4 new tires. They baited me with nonexistent discounts on a set of 4 and tried to sell me brake services that I didn't need! The tires I bought were scuffed and displayed prominent tool marks from mounting and installation. I didn't have valve stem caps when I went in and no mention was made that I needed them. This isn't Tire Kingdom anymore, it's been bought by some some unimpressive company named Mavis. I will not patronize this establishment again and I will encourage others to avoid it as well.

  I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Audrey, TJ, and Ron. After another location had unfortunately messed up my brakes, I came in feeling frustrated and unsure about what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Audrey, TJ, and Ron were incredibly professional, patient, and understanding. They took the time to thoroughly check my brakes and correct the issue without making me feel rushed or dismissed. What I appreciated most was that they went the extra mile and looked further into another concern I had with my car, but never pressured me into doing additional work. They simply gave honest feedback and let me make the decision. As a mom with a 4 year old, visits like this can sometimes be stressful, but they were so kind and accommodating to both of us, which meant a lot. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient. Great customer service, honesty, and professionalism are hard to come by, but this team truly delivered. Thank you Audrey, TJ, and Ron for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! 🚗👏

  5 stars is not enough...Audrey store manager and my angel Ron service manager are amazing people! They will explain what's wrong with the car and help their costumers as much as possible. Im going through a tough divorce and Ron really is explaining how my car works. Hight highly recommend!

  Audrey and the staff at this location were exceptional! As a woman I can appreciate when staff takes the time to explain the issue with the vehicle and show you the exact problem. Reasonably priced, and not out to con you out of money. Definitely will be returning for ALL my vehicle needs.
