  I rented a car over Thanksgiving . I had requested a Mercedes. I understand they dont guarantee your preference but when I arrived by shuttle the person inside said "we have a nice BMW for you , we dont have any Mercedes meanwhile I walked past 2 Mercedes sitting right there. When I question he says "oh that Mercedes is $ 75.00 more a day for a total of 600.00 more than original quote because its a AMG. Big deal same car with a bigger engine I dont need. Anyway I took it. 1) Car smelled of smoke. 2) Coolant light kept coming on. Car supposedly had 8,000 miles on it. 3) Sunroof did not work. Sunny Florida with no sun roof. Kept it for the week when I returned the Car I was met by Irena who was very nice. She said how was everything ? I said you asked so I will tell you . To her credit she took my bill went inside and took off the 600.00 dollars. Thank you Irena for that but all in all have to think twice before I will ever consider renting with them again.

  SIXT rental never disappoints. I have rented from this location about 5 times now and everything from the customer service to the quality of the vehicles is always great. Special thank you to Ketsia who made our pick up so smooth, especially after a flight. Thank you! See you on my next trip!

  Called three times to confirm I was able to use my debit card for the protection. Just to get here at 10:30 at night and they say they wont accept certain debit cards. Why they dont tell that when someone calls asking . Was told all you need is your flight home return ticket if you're put of state. Thank you for wasting my time. Hope they go out of business

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I was first given a vehicle with the check engine light on, which staff claimed was related to low tire pressure. I refused to take it. They then brought out a second car with even lower tire pressure and the tire pressure warning light illuminated. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff repeatedly lectured me about tire pressure, insisting it was due to a “cold spell” in West Palm Beach and that I should simply overlook the warning lights. This explanation was unconvincing and did nothing to address my concern about vehicle safety. The staff was unhelpful, argumentative, and dismissive, and the entire process took over an hour. Only after continued pushback did they finally provide a third vehicle that was acceptable. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I expect rental cars to be road-ready and staff to be solution-oriented, not argumentative. I will never rent from Sixt again, and I would caution others to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before leaving the lot.
