What stood out most was Hansel’s communication and transparency throughout the process. I always felt informed and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such great customer care. Thanks to Hansel, the entire service experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Volvo is fortunate to have someone like him representing the brand. I highly recommend working with him if you need service for your vehicle. Overall, Schumacher Volvo service is excellent. I travel from Port Saint Lucie to service my vehicle instead of going to Wallace Volvo in Stuart (would not recommend them). I’m looking forward to purchasing my third Volvo soon from Schumacher.
