- BBBrianaOct 11, 20251.0I had a terrible experience with One Parking at 205 Datura in West palm beach on October 11th. I was stuck in the parking garage for over an hour with absolutely no staff directing traffic or managing the chaos. Cars were even trying to exit through the entrance, creating a huge safety hazard for everyone inside. I called the local non-emergency number to ask for help managing traffic, but no one ever showed up. When I finally found an officer on-site, I was told the call had never even been dispatched, which made the situation even more frustrating. The only person actually trying to help was a valet attendant named Ernest, who was doing his best to manage the situation completely on his own. He was polite, calm, and professional, but it was obvious he wasn’t getting any support from management or other staff. This was an incredibly poorly managed situation and a serious safety concern. One Parking needs to have better traffic control, communication, and staffing—especially during busy times. If this is how their garages are run, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location until they make some major improvements.

Tight spaces no backing in which is about the only way to get into the spots, the exit gate machine malfunctioning on exit made us wait about 30 mins just to get to the gate. It wouldn't read the ticket only would give the option for lost ticket 40 bucks from r and hour and a half. Help button not connecting to help, receipt wouldn't print, called as soon as I got home and was told a manager would call me, TBD....
