    I usually rent through Enterprise. I know they are the same company, but I was treated great! I rented in Orlando FL, and dropped it off at West Palm airport. When dropping off they even held the shuttle for me. It was outstanding service.

    Beware when your making a reservation with national rental cars for a 12 to 15 passengers vans.....Do not expect what you ask for and it's NO Guarantee that you will receive the van you need...The manager was very unhelpful ...I saw many black van on the lot.. However, 3 had no tags but it was a gray and black on available and she refused to accommodate us.... I'm giving a 1 star everyday until my rental is returned.. This van also had a arm rest on the second row next to the door that was broken...So, The passager had to sit up during the entire trip with no arm rest....the panel was off of the phone plug behind driver seat and to top it off the van wasn't completely cleaned out...
