  Always a perfect experience with national from start to finish. The pick up process. Drop off. If there are ever any issues, Customer Service resolves them quickly. The quality of the cars and the quality of the people who work there are outstanding.

  Amazing experience. We arrived at the location in a downpour on Saturday 2/28. Around 2:30 pm. No cars. We were disappointed but wow - watching the team race around in the downpour was so impressive. They greeted us , advised it could be a 30-45 minute wait (it was more like 20 minutes!) and everyone there thoroughly got into watching how hard they were all working to bring cars up and move us through. Always with a smile. So well done!

  Don’t bother. Even with a reservation and exec didn’t have a car. Told to wait an hour

  Lot empty. Cars came out one at a time. Had to take compact SUV, Chevrolet Trailblazer. I reserved standard SUV. Had to fold down seats for luggage. Hit my head getting in. Car play rarely worked. Very bad experience.

  This location may not have the biggest selection of cars compared to the major airports in Florida, but the staff and the management are extremely helpful and competent. Such a pleasure to take a car from this location. I received excellent service today. Thank you so much!
