Additionally I agreed to pay $6 for a “coolant Top off” when I looked at my bill there the charge was for $12. After speaking with the manager it became my responsibility to be the professional in charge of knowing how much oil my car takes and when to stop pouring it. Jiffy Lube Northlake is definitely shiesty. The Management definitely can’t take responsibility for making an error and moving the line.. I also waited 50 minutes for an oil change while on my lunch break. Going back to Ford! Update: apparently they can’t find me as a customer.. I’ve updated my receipt to show that my experience was legitimate.

- KCKarol CarrilloDec 18, 20251.0Unprofessional Service and No Refund!! I took my car to this workshop for an oil change. About a week later, the oil warning light came on, indicating low oil level. I immediately went back to the shop, where they told me there was an oil leak and that the engine was completely covered in oil. They also claimed they were not responsible, saying that they had already noticed an oil leak at the time of the oil change (which is not true, as my car had never had any oil leaks before). I then took my car to another mechanic, who discovered that the issue was simply that the oil filter had not been tightened properly. As it loosened, all the oil leaked onto the engine. In my car, the oil filter is located on top of the engine, which explains why everything was covered in oil. I had to pay the second mechanic for a new oil change and for cleaning the engine. I filed a complaint with the first workshop, and they told me they would refund the cost of the work done. However, to this day, I have not received any refund, and three months have already passed.
