  Our purchase began on a recent Saturday morning. We got on I-95 in PBG and headed north to the Fort Pierce General RV location when my husband remembered the one in WPB so we turned around at Hood Road. Don't be fooled, you must pull all the way through to see that there is a lot more than meets the eye from the Military Trail view. Check in at the desk and you will feel a warm welcome! Our Customer Experience is the only one I can attest to, but there is evidence that excellence is the norm at General RV WPB! We were assigned to Van as our salesperson and his approach was exactly what we needed, he got our information, but more than that he listened to how we ended up at General RV WPB to "look" after much deliberation. I knew Van had listened to us because he showed us 6-7 different units that gave us great examples to choose what we liked and even changing my mind about a few features that I thought I wanted until I saw the options. We found the perfect design, but Van's knowledge of the products and his keen sense of our wishes, led him to tell us about the 5th wheel version of that unit. We ended up meeting Andrew, a Sales Manager, who gave us a price and he didn't pressure us with the sales tactics that we've become used to over the years. We decided we would sleep on it overnight. But, I called back shortly after we left to give them a deposit on the 5th wheel version that was located at the Fort Pierce location. Andrew and Van arranged for us to see the unit and we drove to Fort Pierce that afternoon. We knew it was the one we wanted! Our VIP treatment continued into a Customer Experience that is beyond words! The next day we met with Ashley about Finance and again a truly pleasant experience, not any of the pressure you dread about the financing part. We got a call from a different Andrew about insurance and again no pressure, but we ended up taking that insurance over our agent's as it was a little more money, but better coverage. Between Andrew @ General, Van, and Ashley; they arranged to get the unit to WPB from Fort Pierce for us and get it prepared for delivery yesterday. In that week, we got a call from Robert to tell us what to expect on delivery! We received several calls from Van & Ashley during the week to update us on the progress as well. Robert told us we could come early, so we took him up on it! We arrived yesterday to all the same friendly people at the welcome desk and were greeted by everyone, whether they had been part of our experience yet or not, they became part of it! Andrew, Van, and Ashley made sure to let us know that Josue was ready for us. Josue arrived promptly, even though our appointment was at 1:00 p.m. and we arrived around 11:00 a.m. Josue had VIP lanyards with ID for us to wear as we made our way back to our new RV! Robert popped in on us several time during our delivery to give us a few pointers and answer questions as well and again, so friendly and personable to enhance our experience! One last paragraph...George in Parts was a pleasure too and it was closing time, but no one pressured us to leave yet. In fact, Josue helped adjust our 5th wheel after we finished in the Finance office with Ashley. Andrew stopped on his way out to congratulate us again, while Josue was working on one of the cameras. Van stopped on his way out to assist Josue with the camera! As they say, every picture tells a story, so I'll share a few! Look at those smiles! I recommend General RV in WPB to anyone that wants a great experience in their search and purchase of an RV! Someone has paid great attention to the Customer Experience details, but it's the people that have to back it up and they do a great job of it!

  We purchased an RV and had an excellent experience thanks to two outstanding salespeople Daniel and Juan, and the fantastic finance manager Jack. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Both salespeople were knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Their teamwork and attention to detail really stood out, and they went above and beyond to ensure the RV was the right fit for our needs. The finance manager was equally impressive. He explained all financing options thoroughly, made the paperwork process easy to understand. There were no surprises—everything was transparent and handled efficiently. Overall, this team made what can be a stressful purchase feel easy and exciting. We truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.   I had an incredible experience working with Henry Ray at General RV in West Palm Beach. Henry is extremely knowledgeable and focused on building trust rather than just making a sale.   What started as a snafu between the warranty department and General RV was saved by Manager Sara and Becky. They both jumped on the issues and followed through, finding the part, bringing it in, and having the unit repaired promptly. Most managers you see are sitting in their offices trying to hide from customers. These two are certainly not timid in tackling complex issues, jumping into action, and resolving them. I am glad to have worked with both of them.
