I attempted to speak with the service manager Sarah, who is exceedingly rude, interrupted me on numerous occasions, didn’t listen to anything that I had to say, and was only intent on being right. One of the issues that your team “resolved “is still not resolved. The display on the radio is still messed up on this brand new one that was installed so clearly nobody checked it. Was told that I need to contact furry on and Forest River myself for warranty items. Why did I bring it there if that’s the case? Further, I still have a problem with my air conditioner, was charged to look at it, but nothing was done about it, not due to me, but due to lack of tools and resources per the techs words.. the service advisor saw exactly what was going on and so did the tech. I now also have an outstanding warranty claim for the frame of my camper at the back end but now I have to figure out where else I’m gonna get this fixed.. I have a lot more words about this interaction. If anyone would ever care to give me a call besides Sarah. Perhaps the store manager or someone from corporate. Absolutely disgusted with your service “Manager “and at this time unless something drastic changes have zero intention of ever returning to general RV. And at this moment again, unless something drastic changes, I will tell everybody about my experience. I’ll gladly reply to anyone here that has questions.

Being in that place was by far the worst experience in my life, the seller tells you one thing, the financier promises you another and at the end of the story the numbers have nothing to do with what they promised you and they already have you hooked with a deposit that they do not return, unpleasant experience

The worst experience of my life. They tell you one thing to entice you, ask for a deposit before showing you the final figures, and then come up with something completely different. At that point, you either buy or lose your money. When you go to claim your money back, they get angry and treat you like dirt. Mr. Salvador in the finance department is the most unprofessional person I've ever met, followed by Andrew, who is supposedly the store manager. My advice to everyone: be very careful if you go to that dealership, and if you can, don't go at all to avoid this bad experience.

My delivery experience at General RV with David Echeverri was outstanding from start to finish. David’s knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly respectful, efficient, and made sure every detail was explained clearly — truly top-tier service.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I unfortunately don’t have the high regard I used to have for General RV…..my wife and I recently purchased a new/ used FreightLiner Entregria Accolade and it was love at first sight BUT as I say…. Buyer Beware!!! Come to find out shortly after a few internal engine concerns I took the RV to our local Freight liner repair shop (awesome folks BTW), for an engine check up! Well😡…… I was told that the problem was that the previous owner had destroyed the DEF system and it would take 18K to get it replaced!!!!! Long story short, I paid the money and then tried to work with General RV to maybe do the right thing and help with the costs of repair. Forget it! They had their money and showed us no remorse! I was advised that it was my problem and buyer beware! If you choose to be business with GRV, be careful and before you by used, have a certified professional check the unit out before you sign anything. Don’t be like me and assume that the dealer is aware of any problems!!!!!!
