  I recently purchased my very first RV—a Brinkley model—from General RV in West Palm Beach, Florida, and I am beyond thrilled. As someone who's naturally cautious about being upsold, I can’t say enough about the honesty and care of the team—especially the sales manager Keith Waits and Zack. From the start, Keith took the time to really understand what I was looking for, never pushing me to buy extra features I didn’t need. Instead, he focused on ensuring I got the perfect RV for my plans. And when I ran into a few hiccups—mostly user error or third-party accessories that weren’t compatible—Keith dedicated a significant amount of time on a weekend evening to walk me through troubleshooting. It was completely above and beyond. Zack was also super easy going and helpful. The front desk staff was warm, and finance manager Jack made the whole process seamless. If you’re in the market for an RV, I wholeheartedly recommend General RV. Keith and Zack are true professionals, and they turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a great one.

  Took my money ($1,200) for a reservation weeks before and then told me two days before my trip that they double booked and couldn’t get anything. It ruined my trip.

  Sheisty dealer and sales people but in a very good way. Do your research and stand your ground, they will work with you if you have good credit or nice down payment. Your probably not going to steal a great deal here because of strict government regulations on dealers but you will pay a relatively fair price. You will drive away with something that you like and be able to use for your purpose. This dealer has good characters that will try to get the most from you, while you try to get the most from them. I went in on a Friday, did a walk thru on Sat, drove off on Monday, brought it back on Tuesday, took possesion of it on Wednesday. They made the buying process and financing quick and easy for me. We had some misunderstandings on whats included and whats not included in the price but we ended up in an agreement. Again, you need to have your own research, get everything down in writing, dont sign anything until you have full transpareny and clarity and stand your ground. I paid some extra because of my lack in patience and experience when it comes to ticket items like this but i didn't mind because of the quality. I would lose more money shopping around and haggling with dealers than for what im trying to save in the deal but if you have time to spare (which i don't) with nothing better to do with your days then by all means shop around and haggle. My purchase was a mini camper so no big deal. Had it been a much bigger purchase, I may have gone about things in less of a hurry. The bottom line. I needed something like this right away out of a real necessity and not from merely wanting. General RV made it happen for me and im very content with the package. I think they are happy to sell me this trailer, and i am happy i bought it from them. How our relationship develops in the future over servicing the equipment is yet to be discovered but i continue to go forward with them in good faith. I have confidence they will help keep me camping. I'm new to this lifestyle and recreational activity so it feels like im navigating unchartered territory. So far so good and everything has been well worth it. BTW I bought a Polomino Forest River, Puma 121 16' Camping Edition.

  Being new to the RV world I did not know what to expect with customer service. I’ve been to a RV center in Fort Myers with such a bad experience with their service personnel that I did not know what to expect when I transferred my business to General RV in West Palm Beach. Manny was my first contact and made such a great impression by asking all the right questions writing down my concerns and addressing them fully. Becky was super helpful. They got my RV to the right people on his team, Dan and Larry who were not only helpful but fixed the situation so we could use our truck camper. Thank you, General RV, Manny, Dan and Larry.
