  Dear Enterprise Truck Rental Team, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your rental location. My reservation was scheduled for 4:30 PM; however, due to my own mistake, I later realized it was actually booked for the following day. Despite this, I decided to visit the office in person after walking from the airport to see if there was any possibility of adjusting my reservation. Upon arrival, I noticed the gate was already locked with a chain before 5 PM, giving the impression that the staff was preparing to leave early. When I entered, there was a customer ahead of me speaking with an employee. Once it was my turn, I explained my situation, but unfortunately, the staff member was not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution or offer any alternative options. I was informed that no trucks were available, yet when I walked through the lot, I observed several trucks parked and seemingly ready for rent. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I understand that my reservation error contributed to the issue, but I had hoped for a more customer-focused approach and a willingness to assist, especially considering the circumstances.   WPB location staff are always personable and professional. Trucks are in good shape with lots of selection. I'm a repeat customer and will go back next time I need a truck.

  Absolutely terrible. Didn’t even get a chance to rent a truck as no one would answer the phone. The first time I called I was referred to their truck department at an 888 number and no one would answer the phone or the call would simply drop. So I would keep calling this place and when I got frustrated I asked to speak to a manager and was blatantly lied to and told they were all in a meeting. How convenient ? I really hope no one has to go through what I’ve been through now. Do better.
