  Dear Enterprise Truck Rental Team, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your rental location. My reservation was scheduled for 4:30 PM; however, due to my own mistake, I later realized it was actually booked for the following day. Despite this, I decided to visit the office in person after walking from the airport to see if there was any possibility of adjusting my reservation. Upon arrival, I noticed the gate was already locked with a chain before 5 PM, giving the impression that the staff was preparing to leave early. When I entered, there was a customer ahead of me speaking with an employee. Once it was my turn, I explained my situation, but unfortunately, the staff member was not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution or offer any alternative options. I was informed that no trucks were available, yet when I walked through the lot, I observed several trucks parked and seemingly ready for rent. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I understand that my reservation error contributed to the issue, but I had hoped for a more customer-focused approach and a willingness to assist, especially considering the circumstances.   It really isn't that good because paying $200 each week that you have to pay for deposits reticulum dissident I take all your money with the pandemic going on I wouldn't rent for this place again

  Great place for truck rental but I prefer always to reserve by the website since by phone is difficult and sometimes you have to wait for them to call you back. So far so good!
