I went to rent a vehicle after an car accident and I was assisted by an employee named Gene or Jean Charles. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I did not want to pay anything because all expenses were being covered by the insurance company of the person who hit me. He assured me several times that I was not going to pay anything he just need a credit card to put on file and do a charge hold for $167 and that the credit card was only for a temporary deposit that would be refunded at the end. When I returned the car, they charged me $307.89 dollars for a extra insurance that I never agreed to. This is completely unacceptable. I have also called the customer service number for the Enterprise offices several times, and they told me someone would contact me. No one has reached out to me to this day. That lack of responsibility makes the situation even more frustrating. I also feel that the employee who handled my contract took advantage of the fact that I’m a old lady and I don’t speak neither understand English , I’m using google translate to do this review. He took advantage of me and is not fair to add charges I never authorized. This was a very negative experience, and I do not plan to rent from them again.
