I thought I rented a car at the airport only to show up and find out I must not have finalized the rental. Every single car rental kiosk was sold out. I was arriving with a bachelorette group of 12 girls and we needed 2 XL suvs for the weekend. We scrambled calling every rental agency within a 10 mile radius and when I arrived at this enterprise location I was desperate, literally begging for a miracle. Alex delivered! He got me the SUV I needed, equipped with a full tank of gas, and saved our weekend with the help of his coworker. They were so nice and calm and everybody in the office was friendly, asking what was on our weekend itinerary and offering suggestions for a fun night out. To future customers- People often show up to car rental agencies when they’re in the middle of a travel crisis, be polite, patient, have some humility and remember the people working behind the counter are people too, not bots!!
