    Bad experience . Didn’t expect Enterprise to be that bad. Dealer has sent me there to get a similar loaner , and when arrived , the vehicle assigned to me had a strong Marijuana odor inside. I refused the vehicle, and was offered a very small replacement instead which I refused . I have to call for UBER to get me back home . Never again will I bust that location

    What a scammy company. We booked a reservation and waited 2hrs to get a different vehicle than what we reserved because they had zero inventory at their location. We watched them tell a string of other people and families their reservations are cancelled only after they got to the counter, despite their website still accepting reservations at the location even though staff knew they didn’t have cars.

    Pésimo servicio rentamos un carro y 2 horas antes de recogerlo ya con un viaje planeado a Orlando me avisaron que no había disponibilidad de ningún tipo de carro jamás vuelvo a ese lugar deberían cerrarlo
