    Made a reservation in early October for an elite full size rental for the last week of December for a family trip only to get there the day of and be told they had no cars available and that I had to take whatever came in on return. What’s the point of making a reservation if you can’t get the car that you reserved if you give them to whoever shows up first. I’ve used this location two times and both times I was not able to get the vehicle I wanted. There won’t be a 3rd experience.

    Reserved an SUV here after my reservation at another location was not honored. Spoke to Alex and he assured me I can pick it up the next morning. Showed up when they opened and they didn't have the SUV, and "didn't know what happened to it". This seems like a common practice for Enterprise. They cannot be counted on.

    the customer service was excellent by the manager in training. the car was in excellent condition and was clean. the car was handed over in a timely manner and the communication was of the highest quality. malik was a great, enterprise is the place for me to go for all my rental needs.

    I needed a last minute rental Fran and Peyton were the best (gave us plenty car options) they made everything so simple we had the best 10 minute conversation ever , Malik was on point and fast getting us the car , and bringing the car back was easy Christian had great customer service. Highly recommended

    Smart, sharp, and attentive staff with the right attitude. I used to always use the airport location (which is great as well), but the guys are great with slightly better pricing than the airport. And for renters that are Florida residents, the deposit is $300 vs. the $400 required deposit at PBI.
