  We rent from this Enterprise location two to three times a year, and it is hands-down our go-to—no contest. The team is consistently friendly, accommodating, and professional, but Jai truly stands out. Every single time we arrive, Jai goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of and paired with the best possible SUV for our drive up to our home in North Carolina. The fleet here is always stellar—clean, well-maintained, and a great selection—but what really seals the deal is the customer service. Jai always remembers me, anticipates our needs, and makes the whole process smooth as butter. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and attention these days, and it never goes unnoticed. I highly recommend this Enterprise location over any other—not just for the excellent vehicles, but because Jai’s customer service is absolutely top-notch. Quite simply, they’ve nailed it.

  We arrived to pick up our large suv and pulled up there are no vehicles. We see one vehicle in the parking area that had windows broken. When we went inside, the suv with broken windows was ours. They had no replacement vehicles available. Even though they looked for other options they had absolutely no solution. Basically, they barely were helping !!! We will never rent from this location.

  Where do I start from?? Everyone at this location are AMAZING!! But I got to admit Jai and Nandy are my top two!!! The excellent service we always receive from these two needs to be studied!! Thank you guys for always saving the day and putting us in nice clean vehicles… S/O to the entire team too! Y’all are the best ❤️. Happy holidays guys see you soon!

  My Name is Erik Mangila and I am writing this 5-STAR⭐ review for GG of Enterprise/Alamo, 2125 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. ◼ GG, Thank you very much for the good that you have done to me and to my family (coming from Australia) last October 25, 2025. ◼ A brief story: The local Enterprise at 500 Northlake Blvd Lake Park, FL 33408 has FAILED me and DID NOT honor the reservation that I made online on October 23, 2025. ◼ Good thing, I called first, this local Enterprise at 500 Northlake on October 25, 2025 before going to pick-up the rental that day. The man on the phone said that they do not have anything available for me and what they have available at that time are luxury European cars. ◼ I asked the man for help, was not able to find an available van for me… ◼ I was dead on the water, DESPERATE and frantically looking for other rental companies ON THE VERY DAY THAT WE NEEDED THE RENTAL and also something we can afford. ◼ Not making the same mistake, I avoided Enterprise and found Alamo (not knowing they are the same company) and willing to rent a car that was almost double the cost of what was quoted for a van from Enterprise, 3 days prior. ◼ Our vacation could have ended up in a disaster if not for GG of Enterprise/Alamo, 2125 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. ◼ She went above and beyond, extended herself for me and my family. She looked for a van that was available that moment and she did found one for us. Nice and clean! ◼ Though the price soared from $800+ to $1200+ for a 4 day rental, atleast we are getting a VAN and not a CAR for our trip. ◼ We really appreciate you GG and I thank the Lord for you. ◼ GG redeemed the reputation of Enterprise/Alamo and now I have a preferred rental company at Enterprise/Alamo, 2125 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. ◼ You are an amazing woman GG.
