  I had Juanita help me with a rental on a Sprinter type commercial van last week. She was courteous and absolutely professional. She’s helped us on a couple occasions before and has always been excellent. If all the employees at Enterprise are that good, they must be a great company to work for.

  My experience at Enterprise West Palm Beach was unacceptable from start to finish. The shuttle system was chaotic, with no signage, no organized lines, and no staff guidance. The shuttle driver’s behavior was completely inappropriate—he swore at customers, refused to allow standing passengers, and had a personal breakdown in front of everyone. This set the tone for what became an extremely poor rental experience. At the rental center, the disorganization continued. Staff members contradicted each other, sending customers into multiple different lines with no clear process. When I finally received my vehicle, I discovered that the midsize SUV I reserved had been replaced with a compact SUV. Despite raising this with the manager, Nikki, I was incorrectly told the vehicle was a midsize. My rental confirmation later proved otherwise, meaning I was charged for a vehicle class I did not receive. The vehicle itself was in terrible condition—dirty interior, stains on the seats and headliner, and visible wear. The situation became even more alarming when I found a cockroach infestation inside the car later that evening. This is not just disappointing; it is completely unacceptable for any rental company. As an Enterprise Plus Platinum member, I expect professionalism, accuracy, and basic cleanliness. This location failed on every level. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge Enterprise to address the serious operational and hygiene issues at this branch.

  Great rental car location in PBI and the only place I will rent from when flying into Palm Beach! I’ve booked rental cars from here twice: once a few years ago and once in January. This past trip, we walked straight out of the airport terminal and into the rental car shuttle. We’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to or from the airport. The staff here are super friendly and practically come up to the shuttle to get you to your car. Both times I’ve rented from here I was in and out in less than 15 mins! Further, the last trip I was upgraded to a higher car class.

  Bait and switch. Rented a BMW x7 and I am driving a Nissan rouge. When I ask if the car was available they say no. But you can rent that same BMW x7 right now on there website. So if you plan on something dont be surprised if you get something completely different. If you dont have the vehicles dont rent them. Felt forced to take what they had just so can continue on our vacation. You suck.

  This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location and with same person regarding my driver’s license. It appears to be the only Enterprise branch that refuses to accept it, while the manager approved it without any problem. The employee who assisted me (Karrel) did not take the time to properly review my license and quickly referred me to the manager instead. The manager was located at a different office, which required taking a shuttle to get there. It felt like the situation was passed along without proper attention or effort. On the positive side, the manager, Reggie, was very professional, polite, and helpful. He handled the situation smoothly and made an effort to correct the poor experience I initially had. I truly appreciate his professionalism. I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers do not have a similar experience.
