I’ve rented from Enterprise hundreds of times, and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I had a reservation, but when my plane landed and I arrived at the desk, there was only one employee working and a long line of frustrated customers. I ended up waiting over an hour — 1 hour and 15 minutes — while the employee continued to help people without reservations before those of us who had booked ahead. When I finally reached the counter, I was told I needed another form of ID because, for some reason, my valid driver’s license wasn’t enough. This has never been an issue before with Enterprise. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make it right. After years of loyalty, this experience has completely changed my view of Enterprise. I’ll likely never rent from them again after this.

Cam at the PBI counter worked hard and got us a brand new 2026 vehicle even tho we didn't have a reservation. From the counter, to pick up and drop off the whole experience was easy. Will at drop off was very helpful. Friendly and helpful employees. We are lifelong Enterprise customers.
