- MHMark HSep 24, 20255.0Monique is the absolute badass who made our stay in WPB cost efficient, super easy and convenient, turned us away from another car rental while ensuring she matched the other rental word to word and giving us a better price to boot. All this in 20 mins and all we went there was to DROP OFF the car we rented at the airport, we were in and out with our kids in tow. AS THEY WERE CLOSING. I mean, do you have a good experience just as someone is about to close up and go home? Never happened to me. I get people all pissed off lol (understandably) but Monique (along with Morgan) got business handled with a smile! Long story and it would take too long to type but now we are with the same car, for a total of 4 days and now dropping off in Orlando while paying less than what we've paid the other car rental company for 1 day. No joke. It sure would have HURT to pay that much for one day. For context, I've always disliked Enterprise - we never had good experiences with them where we're from: Canada. So, trust me when I say this, in the US, I'm pretty sure I'm going to always trust Enterprise. It's a steep hill to climb because of all my PTSD from dealing with Enterprise in Canada but I hope this kind of service excellence transcends between branches in the US.
