My mom has some mobility issues and the staff here from the shuttle driver to the staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful from the time we got on the shuttle to the time we dropped off the car. When we were about to get on the shuttle to go pick up the car, the driver pulled up and realized it would be a difficult step for my mom to make, he pulled as close as he could to the curb to make it easier for her. When we got to the lot to pick up the car, there was a lovely staff member there that took my mom's hand to help her off the shuttle, and then got my mom situated on a nearby bench, while I went with another staff member to where our car was. At first, they told me that my mom could stay where she was and I could bring the car back around, but before I could go back and get my wallet, the staff member that assisted me, went back and grabbed the rest of our luggage and walked with my mom to the car and even helped us load the trunk. When we arrived back to drop off the car a couple days later, the staff was just as helpful in unloading the car and getting us back on the shuttle. I have used Alamo before and never had an issue but this time, your staff has gone above and beyond and we cannot thank you enough. Alamo customers for life!
